“Elizabeth is amazing! She’s been so reliable and caring with my dogs during drop-in visits. When there was an issue with my door lock not working properly, she contacted me right away and waited until I said it was okay to leave—something I really appreciated. It gave me a chance to get the issue fixed, and it meant a lot that she took my dogs’ safety seriously. She always makes sure to spend time with them, gives them belly rubs, and shows them lots of love. So glad to have her as my go-to sitter!”

“Very timely with visits. My pets loved to see her. She played with my cat even though she was there for the dog! Kept me updated with pics through out the visits! Will use Kelbie again!!”

About: Cornerstone Gundog Academy member and founder of the South LA chapter, I train a Boykin spaniel through trust-based, collar-free methods that empower dogs to think independently. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly rhythm. I work full-time weekdays, but weekends are fully open for boarding. Dogs used to weekday routines can be accommodated with flexible care, ensuring they’re comfortable and well looked after even during my work schedule. At our home, dogs enjoy a safe, fully fenced play yard where they get plenty of exercise, enrichment, and interaction. Whether they’re boarding for the weekend or just dropping by during the week, each dog receives thoughtful attention based on their routine and personality. I focus on trust-based handling methods to make every visit feel comfortable and stress-free.

About: I bring a unique combination of being a medical student and a lifelong animal lover, which means I’m detail-oriented, responsible, and attentive to any pet's needs. I’ve raised dogs and have experience caring for both dogs and cats, so I’m comfortable handling pets of all kinds. I’m particularly patient and gentle with anxious pets, using a calm, slow approach to help them feel safe and secure. I also love being outdoors, so long walks are part of my routine! Whether it's playing, walking, or providing extra care for senior pets, I make sure every pet I care for feels comfortable and loved. As a medical student with online classes, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate quality time to your pet. I love spending time with pets, whether that’s playing, taking long walks, or simply providing companionship. My approach is to ease them into familiar routines, offering lots of playtime, long walks, and the kind of love that makes them feel at home. I also pay close attention to their feeding schedule and health needs, drawing from my medical background to spot any potential issues early on.
