About: What sets me apart is my personal experience with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and life stages. I’ve raised and cared for five dogs throughout my life, including Labs, Golden Retrievers, Chihuahuas, and German Shepherds, so I understand the very different needs of small, medium, and large breeds. I trained my own puppy from 8 weeks old, teaching her a wide range of tricks and good behaviors, which gave me a lot of patience and training skills. I’m also comfortable handling more challenging dogs as one of my Chihuahuas was very aggressive, which taught me how to read body language and safely manage reactive pets, from a young age. In addition, I have extensive experience caring for senior dogs. I’ve helped raise multiple dogs into old age, including a German Shepherd that lived until 15, and a Labrador Retriever that lived until 17! I understand the gentleness, and care older dogs require. Overall, I bring a lot of confidence to this role because of my genuine understanding of dogs at every stage of life. I just finished my undergrad and plan to be home all summer. I begin graduate school in the fall online and will practically have no big everyday commitments. I have a few vacations planned but besides that I am an open book willing to work anytime. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible. (Dogs know their schedule!) I follow all instructions closely and carefully for any specific care needs. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise so they feel comfortable while their owner is away. I have cared for dogs that experience extreme distress from their owner being gone and I have developed my skills to better care for dogs experiencing this. I’m also very attentive to behavior and health, so I can quickly notice if something seems off. I respect my client’s home by secure and exactly as I found it. My goal is to make both the pet, and the owner feel completely at ease, just as I would want if my dog was being watched.

About: I've always dog sitted, walked, cared for dogs since a very young age, The last few years dogs ive mentored have won a few dog shows, have worked in shelters as well with animals with anxiety and many health problems. Animals are our best friends & they deserve care & empathy. I love the outdoors hiking and running so I keep the dogs active and healthy. I am also a tutor so being Remote gives me time for doggies:) Always a full plate of food, with water. Along with walks I like pet to get some exercise, & have play time even when we're inside. About: I'm friendly with all kinds of pets, both kitties and doggos, I have a very peaceful home very welcoming to new critters. Plenty of room to run around and exercise. Currently working part-time for the summer, can easily give your fur baby's the attention they need whenever you're busy or out of town. Plenty of space behind the house to get them lots of exercise. Hardwood floors and a big grassy yard with a field behind the house. Very easy to walk super quiet neighborhood. Also have the ability to create your pets if necessary.

About: I love dogs and have worked with several families walking dogs in the mornings, afternoons amd lunch breaks. I have a 4 year old Pomeranian named Milo. He’s 5 pounds. He won’t be with me on walks or staying over at your house dog sitting. I’m very passionate about animals and love everyone of them like they’re my own. I will love on your babies and we’ll have a great time together. I love playing fetch and giving snuggles. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me. I’m not working at this time so I’m available Monday thur Saturday for walks. I can do walks or let out your pet if you perfer in your yard. I’m also available for sleepovers with your fur baby. I live on almost 4 acres now and a fenced in yard. I have my Pom. My mom is also living with me now in a basement apartment and she has two smaller dogs that are very friendly. They will be kept in the basement if I’m watching other dogs or having sleepovers. They will also be let out at separate times to put everyone’s mind at ease.

About: We grew up with dogs and have been dog-sitting for thirty years. In the 90s, we had “Pampered Pets” in Boston, then we moved to Washington, DC, where we rebranded as “Top Dog DC,” and now we’re in Sperryville, VA, with “2 Dog Hotel.” Also, in the early 2000s, we raised four “Guiding Eyes for the Blind” puppies. Puppy raisers are critical to many organizations that train working dogs. Future guide dogs must be socialized in warm and loving homes, the puppies are fun, and puppy raisers learn about dog psychology and training. However, it's still not easy sending the pups off to college. Having done many "Intervac" house swaps, now we're getting into house sitting. We can take care of your pets and your home while you travel. We spend much time at home on our patio, gated deck (squirrel TV included), near a cozy wood stove, or on the nearby hiking trails. Since we spend so much time at home, keeping to your dog’s regular schedule is manageable. When we have dogs, we rarely do things where they can't join us. We only take care of one or two dogs at a time. The truth is we enjoy the pet therapy we get from dog-sitting, and the therapists seem to like it too.

About: Life is Good with pets! I have been providing professional pet care services for dogs for over 5 years. I have always had different dogs in my life from childhood to adulthood. I’ve seen how happy my own pet is from taking him on regular walks and I am excited to provide this same experience for other pets. I have a large, fenced yard in a semi-rural neighborhood, and I enjoy taking dogs on nice long walks. Pets are allowed on furniture to snuggle and I am also happy to crate train pets, if preferred. I am currently working from home, so I have most of my time to give attention and love to your pet. I am happy to provide these services at all times. About: Hello, I have been taking care of a wide range of animals since I was 15. I’ve had 5 ferrets, guinea pigs, cats and dogs my whole life. I have a Staffordshire terrier, an American bully, and a black lab/ leopard catahoula mix. I am used to having a heavy dog on the opposite end of the leash and I am well experienced in animal body language to keep your baby and myself safe. I am currently looking for a full time job as a stay at home mom. Right now I am available during the day. The only times I will not be available is from 7:50- 8:10 am and 3:40-4:00 I will make sure any and all instructions are followed correctly to ensure adequate and safe service. Plus a few head rubs before I left.
