“Nadine was great! We were coming from out of town and headed to the beach but visited family for a couple days who doesn’t like dogs in the house, so we needed to find a place for our dog for a couple days. Nadine sent pictures everyday to let us know how Milly is doing. She has an amazing backyard and her pets were very friendly with her. Milly isn’t crate trained and Nadine was more than willing to accommodate that and let her sleep in the bed. Will definitely use her again when we come to town!”

“I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Susie. She took in my mother’s dog and made her part of her family for a week when my family needed it most. The comfort we felt knowing Maxie was happy and well cared for was priceless. We appreciate Susie so much!”

“Julianne and her lovely family are a Godsend for me and my Italian greyhound, Mia! When I went on vacation for eight days, they were so good about sending pictures and keeping me posted on her progress. Mia has never stayed with anyone other than family before so I was able to schedule an overnight stay after our initial meet and greet, which I feel was super helpful in helping Mia feel more comfortable. When we initially arrived, Mia Walked right in the front door with a calm sense of knowing where she was, and they were consciously attentive to her needs and well-being - she definitely did not lack in the cuddle department and also made a new friend with their cat, mango! I would most definitely recommend Julianne and her family, most especially for a smaller breed that needs more of that one on one attention. I have a short trip planned in December and will continue to use their services for as long as they will be available!”

“Kristopher was awesome! He was waiting for me at my early morning drop off and communicated wonderfully about my dog. I really appreciated the pics he sent and being new to Rover- I think he made a great name for this company! I will look for his care in the future for sure! -Mary”

“Diana took great care of our dog Sadie. She walked her to the park and sent us pics through out the day. There were other dogs to play with, which Sadie loved. I'll use Diana again!”

“Jean was a loving caretaker of our pup while we were out of town! He got plenty of snuggles and attention. Loved that Jean sent us lots of picture updates!!”

“I could not have asked for a better family to watch my dog! Samantha and Brian were so kind and accommodating with my older dog! My dog had some issues initially acclimating to the new environment and they went above and beyond to make him feel at home. To the extent that Brian slept in the living room with him, where my dog felt most comfortable. Their children and their pup were wonderful with him as well! The family even accommodated me picking my dog up a night early since our holiday plans changed. This family really was a blessing when we needed to leave our dog for the holidays! Thank you again!!”

“Nancy was absolutely amazing! This was our first time leaving our girl with anyone so we were very nervous on how it would go! Nancy was so reassuring that Paisley would do well. She sent us pictures to keep us updated on how she was doing. Paisley came home one happy girl! We are so thankful to have found Nancy and highly recommend her!! We will definitely use her in the future!”

“Liz was fantastic and had excellent communication. She loved on our pup and took extra special care of him while we were away. Would trust her with our pup anytime!”

“Barbara was wonderful! My dog took to her right away which made leaving her for 4 days less stressful! Everything went smoothly and when I picked her up she was happy and well taken care of! Thank you Barbara!”

“Sue was amazing. I have a very spoiled, high energy pup that never slows down. She's always up to something. Sue sent updates and pictures several times a day. Cocoa was very happy when we got home.”

“Hanlan was absolutely wonderful!! This was my first time needing a sitter, and I couldn’t have been happier. My two babies had such a fun time. Hanlan was extremely flexible, and was great at communicating. Definitely will be using her again when the next time comes.”

“Leslie treated our senior dog as if she were hers. She provided periodic updates and went the extra mile when our dog Callie had an additional need. We highly recommend Leslie and now Callie has a new BFF in Leslie’s Lab Lilly!”

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kelsi! Will definitely book again next time we need a sitter. She took amazing care of my dogs and communication was great. We got fun little updates and pictures everyday. Thank you!!”

“Gary and Carol are dependable and consistently offer outstanding care to Waldo. At the risk of having them overbooked the next time we need them, we would highly recommend them without hesitation!”

“Bonnie was always available and answered all our questions during the meet and greet and I was able to leave both my dogs with her stress free. She would send daily updates which helped me feel so much comfortable knowing my dogs were well taken care off.”

“Shelly was wonderful with my dog and made sure my dog was comfortable on the noisy 4th of July. She has a wonderful, air conditioned area for the oversized dog kennels and an indoor play area. She's responsive and provides good communication. Will definitely book with Shelly again.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
