“Kara has been extremely helpful with the care of my pups! This is my 3rd time having Kara walk my pups and I will continue to use her in the future! She is great with communication and sends a bunch of pictures! I know my pups are in GREAT care with Kara!”

“Lashae was the best Rover experience we have had. She was amazing with our dogs and our neighbors (who had tons of positive comments). The best part of working with Lashae was the improvement in our dogs’ health! They have more energy and walk farther!! Lashae is the best! Can’t wait to work with her again!”

“Today was my dog’s first solo walk with Shanisa and I couldn’t be happier! Shanisa and I worked extensively with my dog to get him comfortable with her because he is usually very wary of strangers. He warmed up to Shanisa quickly and was comfortable with her in our home just by themselves. I now have more freedom and less worry knowing my dog will be safe and cared for when I cannot be home.”

“Courtney is the best! She was available to walk my dog last minute and even stopped by for a meet and greet. Great communication. She took him to the park, which he loves. I felt like he was in good hands especially with her background as a vet tech. Thank you!”

“My Ellie LOVES Joey ❤️ As soon as she sees him her eyes just light right up and puppy-mania consumes the rest of her lol! He is naturally very observant and catches even the smallest changes in her body language, behaviors & bark! Joey started as Ellie's walker, and now he's Ellie's friend, who walks her 💜”

About: I got my first dog when I was 18 years old. She was the sweetest pup I have ever met! Since then dogs have become an irreplaceable part of my life. I have cared for puppies, senior dogs & few dogs with behavioral needs. I have fostered dogs through the years and learnt how meaningful this experience can be. My last foster was a young adult who was a year old. Open to pets all day subjected to advance notice/short notice. I'm mostly home so I can be flexible with your routine and needs. A small heads up is always appreciated. I live in an apartment complex which is 5 mins away from 2 dog parks. I'll take your dog for daily exercise and morning, afternoon and evening. I live in a neighborhood which has lots of space to walk for regular/short walks. I have a 7 year old mild tempered female dog who will provide excellent care and comfort while you are away. I can easily crate your dog if needed, I have a large crate.
“Thank you, Gavin. French Fry gave you two paws up. He's very responsible, very reliable, and very attuned to my dog's needs. It will definitely use him again, and I have actually recommended him to my mom for her dogYou will definitely use him again and I actually have recommended him to my mom for her dog.”

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life in my personal and professional life. I worked for a small business in VA for about 5 years throughout high school and college and have started back up since I started my own Graphic Design business! I've cared for dogs (reptiles and other exotic pets as well) of many different breeds and personalities throughout the years and have always loved every minute! I run my own graphic design business and have a second job in the afternoon (2pm-7pm) but all other hours can be filled with playtime for your pet! I can drop by in the morning, midday, and night as early as 8am and as late as 10pm (unless specified as an overnight). If you are looking for an overnight service, please be aware that I will be away for your home for 3-4 hours at a time to fulfill other routine walks and my work. Visits will always have play time and enough walk time for sufficient exercise. I always make sure to give a lot of attention and make them comfortable even though you're away and will stick as close to your normal routine as I can! In the summer, I'm careful about temperatures especially if they walk in the street and take special care of cold climate breeds.

“Linda is nothing short of a saint! Always timely and communicative, she is the gold standard by which all animal care providers should strive to meet. I’d give her ten stars if I could!”

About: I grew up with cats and dogs which taught me from an early age the responsibility and care that goes into looking after pets. I have two dogs: Molly & Zeus! Two rescues whom I love so much and follow me around like little shadows! I also have a gray tabby cat named Gin! I love my little trio! A few years ago, I also worked for a local pet care company where I traveled to care for both dogs and cats. I have experience administering insulin injections and oral medications, as well as providing daily care such as walks, playtime, brushing, feeding, and lots of attention. I’m also happy to help with small household tasks while owners are away, including bringing in mail and putting trash cans out. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I will care for your four-legged family exactly how I would want someone to care for mine! Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away. I currently have very open availability through May 31, 2026, which allows me to accommodate a wide range of schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and daytime visits. After that, I will continue offering flexible availability with more evening availability during weekdays and open availability on weekends. I’m dependable, communicative, and happy to work with owners to find a schedule that best fits their pets’ needs! I will follow all instructions provided to ensure your pet’s routine is kept consistent and comfortable while you’re away. I will make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get their walks, playtime, and any medications as directed. Most importantly, I will give them plenty of love, attention, and patience, and treat them as if they were my own. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for in their own home so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

I bring patience, reliability, and genuine love for animals to every walk and visit, ensuring your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for. I am a college student with a flexible schedule, ready to accommodate pet owner needs with daily walks or drop-in visits for their furry friends. I provide attentive care for pets in my clients' homes by maintaining their routines, ensuring they have fresh water and food, and offering playtime. I also prioritize their safety and comfort, keeping an eye out for any health concerns or signs of stress. Regular updates and communication with the pet owner help ensure peace of mind while they are away.
“Nathan & Meredith are amazing! From arranging meet & greet, communications through app, and the thoughtful notes after every walk, they are really caring to your pets. My dog enjoys spending time with them so much!”

About: 🛑 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING🛑: I own 2 cats. Even though my Cats have their own room your dogs must be ok with or have been around cats and knows basic commands. If your dog is medium or large size you MUST bring a cage. I will only use the cage for when I'm at work and I need to let the cats out their room. But when i'm home the dogs have free range even on my bed 😂 Before 2021: I've been pet sitting/walking for friends/neighbors for 5 years & on certain occasions I've been a dog/cat boarder for them, but I've been a dog walker for 5.5 years. 2 of the recurring dogs that I pet sit has had health issues, so I'm able to follow strict instructions given by the owners to take care of their pets in the best way possible whether it's just for a walk or pet sitting. UPDATE JULY 2025: Sorry to any specific owners but unless you are one of the 4 clients I've had since age 20, I will NOT be pet sitting/dropping in on CERTAIN snakes and ALL spiders. My soul will leave my body. The only reason why that is, is because I have a good rapport with the 4 clients and known some of their snakes since they were either in an egg or as a baby so I know their temperament . I'm okay with other reptiles, certain snakes, & pet birds. Some examples are Bearded dragons, geckos, chameleons, Iguanas, African Egg-Eating Snake, Western Hognose, Children’s python, Kenyan sand and Rosy boa. DM for list since there's a caption limit. UPDATE JULY 2025: Depending on my boss I work from Mon-Wed 11pm-7/7:30am, Fri-Sun 6pm-2am, off days maybe Tuesday (after 7:30am), Thursday & sometimes Friday. I will communicate if I happen to work a double or if I'm late since I have to rely on other coworkers to relieve me from my shift. Due to work I will not be petting sitting pets that can't stay alone for more 4-6hrs anymore. But if you need drop-ins for your pets medicine time especially for some of my older clients on all the apps I've been on I remember I will gladly do that when I have time. This is mostly for the cats and small dogs I might be open for boarding. I do own two cats they are up to date with their shots. I know how they react to other cats since I had them for a year, but as for dogs I'm not too sure until I get my own dog. Also, for the most part my yard is fenced is just one side of the fence has not been fully fixed yet so when we are outside in the yard they will be on harnesses for the cats and dogs since I will be outside with them. I also have a an in ground pool that's covered. Also, there's a mix of stray and outdoor cats in my neighborhood and for some, they like to hang out in my front and backyard (they do get in from the broken side of the fence). Mainly for shelter underneath my porch since it's elevated and hides them from this ungodly heat. Plus it doesn't help that me, my dad and my neighbors, do occasionally feed them if we notice that they get too skinny and one of other neighbors bought one of those insulated and heated shelters for the cats to stay in during the winter last year. Fun fact that's how I ended up with my 2nd cat as pet.
“Jordana is one of the best! She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable as we left our Stella for the weekend. She sent photos and videos. Kept in contact with me throughout her walks. 100% recommend and I can’t wait to book her again in the future.”

About: I have never not had a dog in my home ! I have experience taking care of my own dog, as well as taking care of puppies, adult dogs, senior dogs, and everything in between. I have years of dogsitting experience, and they are just my absolute favorite thing in the world. I have recently graduated from college and am looking to petsit while adjusting back to being in Delaware! I have very open availability at this time. Because I live in a small living space with two of my own pets, I would prefer to care for your pets in your home! If this is not possible, that’s totally ok, I just want to make sure your pets have as much space to relax and play as possible.
About: I’ve had animal training internships including one at UPenn. I worked with law enforcement and detection K9s ranging from puppies to professional dogs in their chosen field. I’ve volunteered at an animal rescue since I was 7 years old. I worked with animals from all different backgrounds and disciplines ranging all the way from dogs to horses. I am currently working part-time so I can work around scheduling to be able to provide the best care possible for your animals at the most convenient times. I have education in animal husbandry, nutrition, and management. I follow instructions very carefully so however the owner prefers their animal to be cared for is how it will be treated.
Collins Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
Brianna was an amazing intro to Rover! I have an extremely nervous dog and she was quick to respond to my request, reassure me and explain her experience with nervous shelter dogs. We set up a meet and greet and went forward with the booking. Line behold, she was able to do what no one but myself is normally capable of… walking my dog!!! Even my roommate was impressed!! Thank you Brianna from the bottom of my heart. We will definitely be using your services again!!!
