About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 10. I have cared for a blind senior cat as well as a cat with hip problems, which required patience, close monitoring, and adapting the environment to keep them safe and comfortable. While my apartment doesn’t have a backyard, there is a fenced-in area nearby where dogs can run, play fetch, and get exercise. I also have a car, so if the owner is comfortable with it, I can take the dogs to a dog park for additional enrichment and activity. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions are followed closely. I’m also very mindful of respecting the home itself. I was raised to always leave a place cleaner than I found it, so I make sure everything is kept tidy, organized, and exactly as I found it. Communication is also important to me, so I always update owners and let them know right away if anything seems off or if there are any concerns about their pet’s health, behavior, or well-being.

I work M-F 8am to 5pm with a one hour break, so I’m able to check on your pup(s) before, during, and after work with ease! About: I’ve had animals my whole life! My old dog had diabetes so I am comfortable with administering medication for animals. I am very flexible with my time and hours as well so please reach out! I have a part time job on the weekdays that gets out after 10 as well as school, but my weekends are free so I am always able to dog sit Friday-Sunday! About: Ever since I was a kid family and friends have trusted me to care for and check on their dogs. I love animals so much and I’ve only ever gotten good feedback. I am on my 4th year at WSU, majoring in wildlife ecology and conservation, so I have great basic knowledge and skills to care for animals! My class schedule allows me to take multiple breaks throughout the day on mon, wed, and fri. But my Tuesdays and Thursdays are strictly from 8am-12pm. I will also send my schedule if requested. Firstly I want to make you and your animal the most comfortable as possible so I would like to follow any schedule or routine as strictly as possible. If there isn’t a specific schedule then I will be open to anything you and your pet are comfortable with. I will take them out, play with them, cuddle with them, etc.

I love spending time with energy-filled animals, old seniors, birds, and everything in between. I have overnight dog sat for up to 3 weeks at a time. About: I have taken care of animals since I was a pre-teen, but fell in love with animal care fully in my junior year of high school, after I began volunteering at the Everett Animal Shelter. Since then, I have changed positions and worked as a post-surgery volunteer with PAWS, transporting and handling anesthetized animals after they underwent surgeries. This summer I am also interning at PAWS again, this time as a Foster Care Intern, where I manage the entire foster care system behind the scenes. Additionally, I have worked with large animals such as horses while volunteering, managed and milked dairy cattle, and took care of pigs as my job on the side. I will continue to grow my portfolio, as I am a Pre-Vet Animal Science major at Washington State University with the goal of becoming a veterinarian one day. I am currently on summer break in my hometown (Everett) and have pretty open availability. I intern at paws from 8am-12pm on Sundays & Mondays, and 12-5pm on Thursdays, but other than that, I am free for walks, house sitting, or drop ins! Safety is extremely important during both house sitting & walks! For walks, I like to make sure dogs stay on the side of the sidewalk away from the road, as well as being properly harnessed and equipped with essential needs like poop bags and water incase of an emergency. I also keep a sharp eye out for other dogs to steer clear from unwanted interactions. Additionally, during house sitting, outside doors stay locked at all times, and your pet is watched 24/7. No escapes will happen on my watch! I am open to following any other rules, expectations or suggestions you have regarding your pet & house’s safety!
