About: I've had cats my entire life, and my husband and I currently have two amazing but SUPER high energy little kitties named Eli and Finn. We are very obsessed, and they're spoiled! I have grown up in a very close, tight-knit family with LOTS of dogs and cats, and I've pet-sat more times than I can count. I LOVE animals and they tend to like me as well. I have experience with feeding, medicine, walking, vet visits, picking up animals from pet hotels, etc. I pet sit, house sit, and babysit for a lot of my family and friends, have been a nanny to my godson who has medical complications, and am well-trusted. About: I have had dogs since I was but 8 years old and cared for them ever since. I have babysat friends’ dogs and take care of my own puppy daily, in addition to pet sitting for cats. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
