About: I’ve lived in a multi-pet household ever since I was born which has included dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, and at one time, a bird, so I feel very comfortable when working with pets! I spent a bit of time volunteering at Southeastern Guide Dogs looking after puppies who were training to become certified guide dogs. As a pet owner myself I understand the importance of building trust in those who care for our furry family. I will strive to ensure that your pets are not only cared for, but feel comfortable and safe in my care! I currently have a more open availability! I am open to taking care of furry family between the hours of 8:30am-8pm most days of the week except Thursdays. I understand that with animals it is important to build trust. I prefer to go at your pet’s pace and make sure they have what they need to feel comfortable around me. Following routines that they are comfortable with is key as well as letting your pet explore what they need to (sniffing, scoping out the scene).

Growing up, I was responsible for helping care for three family dogs, including feeding, walking, playing with them, and making sure they were happy and well cared for. I currently care for my own cat, who is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and well loved. I make sure all of my houseplants are non-toxic to pets, keep anything potentially dangerous out of reach, and provide plenty of toys, enrichment, and a cat tree for play and relaxation. I'm attentive to each pet's individual needs and always make sure they have fresh food and water, a clean space, exercise, affection, and plenty of attention. I also have experience helping cats socialize through supervised playdates with friends' cats, so I understand how to create a calm, safe, and positive environment. About: I’ve spent my whole life around dogs and cats. I love taking them for walks, the park or helping them learn to swim. I know the importance of giving dogs medications and taking them to appointments. I also keep dogs well groomed while I watch them I currently work full time 5 days a week but but will spend all my free time taking care of your pets. I will check on them throughout the day during work if needed I live in an apartment that has 1 bedroom. The apartment complex does allow animals. I have ring cameras in my place and outside my place to make sure I’m always able to see if my home and the animals are safe
