I am a college student at CCCC in Sanford. About: Hi! My name is Phinette! Growing up, I have always been a huge animal lover. As a child, I had three small dogs who I am so grateful I got to grow up with until they were in their late teens. My family rescued our current pit bull mix, Oakley, 6 years ago, who is now reaching his elderly years, as well as six cats! I truly love seeing the different personalities in each animal and finding out what makes them unique. I am great with high energy dogs including puppies and love being active, so I would love to help get their energy out with lots of activity! I’m currently a Physical Therapist Assistant student, and my availability and preferred service areas will change throughout my clinical rotations. House Sitting • Now–November 20: Clinical rotation in Lillington. Time can vary but typically 8-4 Monday-Friday. I’m primarily looking to book sittings closer to Lillington during weekdays. • January 18–February 26: Clinical rotation in Raleigh. I will not know my schedule until it gets closer to the date. I’m primarily looking to book sittings closer to Raleigh. • March 15–April 23: Clinical rotation in Sanford. I will not know my schedule until it gets closer to the date. I’m primarily looking to book sittings closer to Sanford. Dog Walks & Drop-In Visits During clinical rotations, I’m primarily available on weekday evenings and throughout the weekends. I know how scary it can be to have someone you don’t know stay in your home and care for your pet. That’s why it’s really important to me to build a relationship and trust with my clients, so it doesn’t feel like a stranger is in your home. I’ll make sure your pet and your home are in the best care possible while you’re away, and I have a feeling your pet and I will become best friends by the time you get back! I absolutely love sending pictures and updates, so you’ll never have to wonder how your pet is doing while you’re gone! If you’re someone who doesn’t need as many updates, that’s completely fine too. I’m happy to send them as often or as little as you’d like. I also make sure to check my phone regularly while house sitting, so you’ll always be able to reach me if you need anything. I’m someone who actually loves detailed instructions because they help me make sure I’m doing everything exactly how your pet is used to. I want to keep their normal routine as much as possible while you’re away. I’m also a bit of a neat freak, so you may come home to your house looking a little cleaner than when you left it!

About: I've spent the past 8 years caring for my own Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepherd dog, Atlas, so I'm very familiar with dogs that have lots of energy and need plenty of exercise and attention! I've also helped care for friends' dogs over the years, including walking a friend's dog four days a week for several months. My experience with dog sitting actually goes back to my teenage years! I've always loved dogs and really enjoy getting to know their different personalities. Whether it's going for a walk, playing, or just spending time together, I want to make sure every dog feels happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I'd love the opportunity to get to know your dog and become someone you can count on, giving you peace of mind knowing they're in good hands while you're away! I recently went back to school and am in the middle of a career transition, which has given me some extra flexibility in my schedule that I’d love to use for dog walking and help with drop-by visits. I'm happy to coordinate times that work best for you and your dog! When caring for pets in someone else's home, I'm always mindful and respectful of my surroundings. I understand how important it is to trust someone with both your pet and your home, so I make it a priority to follow any instructions or routines. I also do my best to keep your pet's living areas clean, safe, and comfortable, and will always treat your home with the same care and consideration I would my own!

About: I’ve had dozens of different animals since I was young. Ranging from farm animals, domestic animals, parrots and reptiles. Medication administration experience and bottle feeding as well. No care details are too extra or complicated. I am open to sitting any type of animal! I am home full time aside from errands with my little ones. I have a mini farm as I call it. Dogs, chickens, cats, ducks and more. I am outside majority of the day. We do love going to the park where my bulldog enjoys the dog area as well, so if you’re ok with it, trips to the park may be part of your pets stay! My farm is not completely fenced in, but I do have a fenced in area attached to the front of the house for the animals with plenty of space! I have a very long gravel driveway away from the main road. I have leads, collars, harnesses and cages if needed. I have baby gates in home if needed as well. My two dogs love everyone, they can just be overly friendly! Our oldest cat’s go outside a lot, so they are usually busy all day. Our youngest cat loves to play with everyone including dogs, but likes to stay inside. My female dog is not spayed, un neutered males will either be supervised or separated at night time.

About: My connection with fur babies runs deep. I have, often, felt more connected to animals than humans. I believe we all have had animals that we love but, usually, there is one animal that changes everything. You know the one I’m talking about….the one that the connection is (or was), somehow, different or deeper than the others. I call those animals Familiars. Maybe that resonates with you too. Either way, I fully grasp that trusting someone to take care of your fur baby is not just a big deal but, it is a privilege for someone to experience. I have thirteen years of experience taking care of different animals. This includes administering medications, providing senior/end-of-life care (I have a soft spot for the elderly), and learning to understand the language in which animals speak. I, also, have experience rescuing, fostering, and re-homing Australian Shepards. I believe in respect, safety, connection, and consent when it comes to animals. I believe that all animals come into this world to help heal us and I just want to be able to give back (in whatever way I can) a small piece of what they gift me, every day. It would be such an honor to help get to take care of, work WITH, and get to know your little (or big) ball of fur. As an Artist/Creator, my schedule is more flexible than most people. When planned in advance, I have ample time to make sure your fur babies are safe, happy, and healthy when you cannot be there! I ask a lot of questions so I can know and understand the specifics of what each animal needs. My primary goal is to make sure the interaction is safe, for both me and your fur baby. Then, it is my job to ensure your animal is comfortable, content, and they have a good time! I believe this can only happen by working with the owners (and then, with the fur babies).

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life, and have two Boston Terriers of my own, as well as my Bulldog Cane. I’m patient, soft spoken, and love playing and snuggling with all the fur babies. I understand the importance of finding someone trustworthy to watch your children (fur babies) that will treat and care for them the way you do ! I currently am full time, and am mobile. I am able care for your pets during the day and after work (4pm). I am available during most weekends and will not book service if I cannot dedicate my time to you or your dog/cat. I love being outdoors and am a very active person— perfect for playing and walks! I will care for your pets in the way you expect and above. Any special requests I will not hesitate to do for you. I have 3 dogs myself, and they are treated as if they were children.

About: I’ve had dogs of every size since I was 7. I’ve raised 3 dogs from puppies. Friends and family rely on my to sit, walk, and wash their dogs. I love cats and have had cats in the past. I work from home most days so I am available all day. I work from home most days so I can be with your dogs most of the time. I can house sit, walk, bathe, or whatever you need. I can let your dogs out as much as you want/need. My work schedule allows me to walk and care for your pets as needed.

About: I have had dog pets most of my life. My fur baby recently passed and I would rather love others than get another. Pets are the treasures of the planet! I'm currently working full-time and looking for something to fill my spare time. No better way then to spend it with pets. I am available all days with flexible times. My home is on a large piece of property and has fences from bordering properties, but is not fully enclosed. However, no pets will be outside unsupervised. In order to keep your pets safe I would leash walk them.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10, I learned the basics such as what are different ways a dog is feeling based upon its actions. I’ve grown to learn more and I’m here to serve all sorts of dogs and cater to they're needs. In my home my dogs get taken out twice a day fed once in the evening and are out roaming all day. But I am flexible to your pets schedule/needs!
