About: When my friend's dog sitter cancelled last minute before her trip, she asked me to take care of her dog, Chief. Although I was new to caring for dogs, my experience with my Persian cat gave me the confidence to help out. Welcoming Chief into my home, I quickly fell in love with his playful antics and loyal companionship. What began as a favour soon turned into a deep bond between us. Since then, I’ve become the go-to sitter for all my pet parent friends. Working from home and being a responsible, available person has made me the perfect choice for taking care of their furry friends. Being a part time student with no job grants me the flexibility to provide care during weekdays without any hassle. About: I have been fortunate enough to be surrounded by animals my whole life. I started house sitting/pet sitting in college. I couldn't believe how lucky I was to have a job that included taking care of animals. I have always had dogs and cats in my home. I had the incredible opportunity to take care of a tortoise for about 8 years. I got Arnie the turtlenator when he was the size of my palm but once he was too large for me to pick him up I found him a loving home with a family that had the amount of space he needed. I learned a lot about taking care of reptiles during that time. My amazing dog Ziggy of 12 years passed away before the pandemic started and I work in the healthcare field so I didn't feel it was the right time to bring a new pet in my home while I was working so much. For the first time in my life I find myself without a pet in my home and I couldn't be happier to give your pet all my love and attention while you are away. I currently work Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5pm in Concord. I'm available for weekends and happy to do overnights. I'm available during the week for overnights as well. I have been taking care of pets in other peoples homes since college. I will treat your home and pet with great care like they are my own. About: I am such a lover of animals ever since I was a kid. I have grown up around dogs, rabbits and cats my entire life. I have house sit for family and friends since I was 12. Currently I have 3 dogs, a chocolate lab, 3, who is the sweetest curious puppy, very active, a 10 year old senior, blind and diabetic mini poodle who just wants his butt scratched and cuddles, and a 7 year old terrier mix. All our dogs and cats get along with each other and other dogs and and cats. I have experience in seniors, as well as medication(pills, insulin shots), house training, potty training, crate training (if requested), walk training, special diets, bathing/light grooming. All animals will have free rein, no strict rules, (unless otherwise requested). Your pets will have 24/hour care at my home. I am home every day with no other priorities but caring for and loving your pets! Your pets will have access to our entire home, entire fenced in yard whenever they want. I can offer crates and or a private bedroom for them if requested. A dog park is within walking distance to my home, and I do daily walks along with daily play time. I have pet stroller for senior dogs so they can enjoy walks and parks as well! During the summer we will have a splash pad set up for water play! They will also have companions here to play and cuddle with. Cats will enjoy daily play, a cat wall to climb and tower over everyone, along with cat towers, scratching boards and toys! Pets are allowed on furniture, beds, and will never be crated and alone, even at night.
