About: When my friend's dog sitter cancelled last minute before her trip, she asked me to take care of her dog, Chief. Although I was new to caring for dogs, my experience with my Persian cat gave me the confidence to help out. Welcoming Chief into my home, I quickly fell in love with his playful antics and loyal companionship. What began as a favour soon turned into a deep bond between us. Since then, I’ve become the go-to sitter for all my pet parent friends. Working from home and being a responsible, available person has made me the perfect choice for taking care of their furry friends. Being a part time student with no job grants me the flexibility to provide care during weekdays without any hassle. With my weekends mornings predominantly free, I can easily accommodate and work around a flexible schedule to ensure that your needs are met efficiently and effectively. My house is in a gated community with a small fenced yard which provides an added layer of safety. When taking care of pets, I ensure they have a great time with outdoor adventures; Taking dogs for long walks in the park, games of fetch, tug-of-war, and hide-and-seek to keep them active and entertained and providing a cozy space for them to relax and nap, ensuring they feel safe and at home.

About: Hello! I’m Molly :) I’ve been pet sitting for a few years and have experience with all kinds of dogs from energetic pups to sweet seniors. I’m calm, consistent, and always follow care instructions closely. I send updates so you feel at ease while you’re away. I’ve also worked at the SF Zoo and volunteered at the Seymour Marine Discovery Center, so I know how to handle animals gently and respectfully. Whether your dog needs playtime, patience, or just company, I’m happy to help! Pet Care fits naturally into my routine! Since I'm home for the summer from college and have a flexible schedule, I have plenty of time to do drop-ins, pet care, pet sitting, walk, and overnight stays. I enjoy making time to care for other people's pets! I will follow a list if one is provided and I'll always make sure to stick closely to the pets' routine to help them feel safe and comfortable. In a client'a home, I'm respectful of the space and always clean up after myself and the pet. I make sure doors and gates are secure, check water and food bowls regulary, and give pets the attention they need. If I ever notice something out of the ordinary, I'll reach out right away. My priority is making sure both pets and their owners feel safe and respected at all times.

About: I’ve always been the go-to pet sitter for my friends and family, and it’s something I genuinely love doing. I have my own dog (an Aussie!) who I’ve trained myself since he was a puppy and taken through behavioral training, so I understand how to work with different personalities, especially anxious or reactive dogs. I’ve done a lot of research over the years and really care about meeting each dog where they’re at - whether they need a calm, slow approach or extra play and attention to feel safe. I’m super reliable, patient, and intuitive when it comes to animals, and I always try to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. If you’re looking for someone who actually gets dog behavior and will treat your pet like their own, let’s connect! Pet care fits well into my weekend schedule, as I’m available on weekends and can dedicate focused, unrushed time to caring for your pet. I make sure each visit is thoughtful, consistent, and aligned with your pet’s specific needs and routine. I take safety and trust very seriously! I will always respect your home by locking up properly and following your instructions. I’m experienced with giving medication, handling reactivity on walks, and making sure gear is secure before heading out. I tailor my care to each dog’s temperament, quirks, and routine, and I’m comfortable reinforcing crate training or providing comfort based on their needs. I stay alert, prepared, and focused on making sure your pet feels safe, calm, and cared for at all times.

“Terry has been walking my dog, Tango, every week for the the past few months and does an incredible job! Tango is normally very stubborn on walks but does super well with Terry. Terry is kind, flexible and reliable!”

About: ** please check my schedule of availability from walks, drop in/pick ups and drop in visits at the bottom of this page near the calendar before booking, to ensure we are a good match! Thank you, and I look forward to speaking with you! ** Hi there! I’m Lexi, a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for pets of all shapes and sizes. I offer boarding, dog walking, drop-ins, cat care, and house sitting—and I treat every pet like they’re family. I’ve owned and cared for animals my whole life. I had a beautiful husky with special needs who had seizures and developmental challenges. She taught me patience, compassion, and how to stay calm in tough situations. I’ve also grown up with cats, having many of my own over the years. My cat, Kiki Bobo, just passed away last month at the ripe old age of 20 years old 😔 So right now caring for other’s pets brings me so much purpose and absolute joy. My mom has run a cat sanctuary for feral and homeless cats for nearly 10 years, so I’ve been around shy, anxious, and rescue kitties for a large part of my life. See the last photo for pictures of some of her kittens in the sanctuary! In my full-time job, I work with children with autism, Down syndrome, and other developmental disabilities—it’s my passion. That experience has made me patient, observant, and calm under pressure, which carries over into how I care for animals, too. I’m also CPR certified. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs, from strong, lovable pit bulls, and other bully breeds to tiny (and sometimes feisty!) Chihuahuas. I’ve also house sat for Great Pyrenees and know how to handle large, independent breeds with confidence and care. I’ve done many pet and house sitting jobs, caring for a wide range of types of animals and properties — including caring for very large vegetable, fruit, and herb gardens! Whether it’s giving meds, watering plants, or keeping a nervous pet company, I’m happy to go the extra mile. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family members, and I take that responsibility seriously. Your pets will be safe, loved, and spoiled with attention while you’re away. I love sending photos and plenty of updates while you’re away, and am happy to follow any special instructions at your request. Let me know your pet’s routine, preferences, or quirks—I’m flexible and ready to meet their needs! Pet care fits naturally into my daily life. I work full-time during the week, but I have breaks in the afternoon that give me time to check in, walk dogs, or spend time with pets mid-day. I’m also available early mornings, all evening from 4:30pm or 5:30 pm onward, and full time on weekends. For boarding or house sitting, I make sure your pets get plenty of love and attention throughout the day and night. I stay flexible and keep communication open so you always feel confident your pets are in good hands. I also have a monitor at my home to keep a close eye on your pup for the few hours I’m away. I work locally as well just a short distance from my home. Drop off/Pick up, Drop-In Visits, and Dog Walk availability : M: 5-7:45am,5:15-9pm W: 5-7:45am, 1-1:40pm, 5:15-9pm Th: 5-8am, 12:30-3pm, 5:45-9pm Fri: 5-8am, 5:15-9pm Sat,Sun: All day Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities—whether they’re staying in my home or I’m caring for them in yours, or going for a walk in the community with your pet. In my home, pets get a cozy, calm environment with plenty of love and attention. Your pet will get family-style care in a warm, loving atmosphere. Feel free to provide any bedding, toys, medications or any required items that might make your pet’s stay more comfortable or enjoyable. I also have poop bags, doggie beds, and toys for enrichment available at my residence, that are washed and sanitized after each pet’s stay. I have a toddler son who is gentle, respectful, and used to being around dogs of all sizes— including bully breeds like pitbulls, and small dogs like chihuahuas and mini pitbulls. My child will be supervised at all times. We’re a smoke-free home and household, and kid- and pet-friendly that’s focused on comfort and safety. Our fully enclosed, spacious outdoor patio is on the second floor and surrounded by 5-foot fencing, giving your dog a secure place for potty breaks, sunbathing, and hangout time. For pups who need more exercise, we’re located in the heart of downtown concord, and just a short walk from parks and open fields where they can explore on leash. When caring for pets in their own home, I follow all instructions carefully and keep your pet’s routine consistent to help them feel safe and at ease. I am very comfortable and familiar with caring for pets and households that may have a long list of specific instructions, including medications that must be followed very carefully. I’m happy to follow any and all of those kind of requests. I’m respectful of your space, and always patient and gentle—especially with senior pets, rescues, pets with anxiety, or those with special needs. I have experience caring for and watching over animals with developmental disabilities and specific medical needs such as requiring multiple daily medications multiple times per day, special diets, or incontinence, trouble seeing or hearing. I have also cared for dogs and cats whom have just had surgery, extensive medical procedures, and those that are terminally ill, with cancer. I’m safety-conscious in every setting: I double-check gates and doors, keep pets leashed in unfamiliar or open areas, and always watch closely for signs of stress or discomfort. My goal is to help your pets feel secure, relaxed, and truly cared for—like they’re part of the family.

About: Hi! I’m Haley, and animals have always been at the heart of my life. I share my home with three wonderful dogs—each with their own personality, special needs, and routines—which has taught me the importance of patience, positive reinforcement training, and gentle care. I have hands-on experience with: • Administering daily medications, allergy treatments, and special diets • Puppy training (basic commands, “leave it,” “stay,” leash work, and enrichment games) • Providing enrichment and mental stimulation (treat puzzles, scent games, and structured play) • Managing multi-dog households, including dogs with anxiety or reactivity • Prioritizing safety indoors and outdoors, including secure yard setups and supervised play I understand every pet is unique, and I’m dedicated to making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved—whether it’s during a walk, a drop-in visit, or an overnight stay. I work every other week at Joybound until about 3 PM, which means I’m available mornings, evenings, and most weekends that week. On my off weeks, I’m fairly flexible and can offer daytime care, midday walks, and extra availability for drop-ins or house sitting. This rotating schedule helps me balance consistent, quality care and makes it easier to accommodate both regular and last-minute requests! 🏡 In my home: • I provide a calm, pet-safe environment with secure areas (indoors & yard). • Pets get daily enrichment like treat puzzles, scent games, and toy play to keep them mentally and physically engaged. • I stick to each pet’s feeding schedule and any medication routines they have. • Walks, potty breaks, and cuddle time are balanced around your pet’s normal routine so they feel at home. • Pets have cozy spots for rest, and I supervise interactions if there are multiple pets, making sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. 🏠 In your home: • I keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible — same walk routes, feeding times, play sessions, and sleep spots. • I follow your care instructions closely, including special diets, medications, or training rules you use. • I keep your home tidy: washing bowls, picking up waste, watering plants if requested, and bringing in mail/packages. • I give updates and photos so you can see your pets are happy and relaxed while you’re away.

“Styles suggested we'd do a meet and greet before walking Cocos. It was great meeting him and making sure that everything is clear. Because we never had a rover walker before Styles patiently explained how things work and was flexible to our needs. He is super committed and we felt that Cocos is in great hands! We would love to book him again soon ?”

“Paloma was a huge help when we needed someone to fill in while our usual dog walker was on vacation. I enjoyed her daily report cards and photos and you could tell the dogs loved her. I would definitely hire her again.”

“Molly cared for my German Shepherd named Tulip while I was in between jobs and handling the stress from moving from one company to another. I have never seen him so happy while under anyone’s care. Molly was very attentive and any unusual behaviors she would immediately check in with me about, to make sure Tulip was okay. Could be my imagination and how grateful I am for Molly during that tough time, but I noticed Tulip had more energy and was all around healthier due to her care and attention. I truly recommend Molly Householder as a great pet sitter for dogs, cats or anything else in between. The Rover team is available 24/7, and your dog walker has access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals. In the rare event of any issues during a booking, rest easy knowing your dog is covered by the Rover Guarantee reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care.
Note: If your dog walker requested to cancel this booking, then they need to cancel from their account. Please contact them via Rover Messages.
We get it—sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your dog walking service. You can cancel an upcoming booking directly from the Rover app or your computer, in accordance with your dog walker’s cancellation policy.
