About: I’ve had pets growing up and have been responsible for pet sitting for friends and family recently. I want to incorporate spending more time with animals. I work Monday through Friday but I am available to pet sit and house sit every weekend. I incorporate the pets routines into my schedule as needed. I try to make new pets as comfortable as possible when they are visiting. When at a client’s home I do my best to be respectful of the home and of the pet. I clean up as necessary and love to play with them.
“Cecilia did an amazing job. She was on-time, followed the directions we left and gave extra snuggles to my fur babies. She will be our go to person moving forward. I appreciated her ability to wiggle the schedule and be flexible with my changing plans.”

“Amanda was absolutely wonderful! I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs in her care, and I truly appreciated her accommodating my last minute request. I feel very lucky that she was available. I highly recommend her, and I will definitely be requesting her services again in the future!”

“Chrystine went above and beyond to help with a last minute request while I was out of town. I’m super grateful she was able to take care of the dogs and deal with my annoying apartment door! Contact her for your doggo needs!! 💜”

“This was my first time using Rover and Suzanne was an absolute angel for my cat. Besides doing the basics of scooping the litter and feeding him, she also washed out his bowls when they got dirty. She meticulous and careful and showed my fur baby so much love. 💕”

“I have booked with Remy 3 times so far and I have been consistently amazed by how caring, thoughtful, and trustworthy she is! She always reviewed the special notes/instructions left for her, asked questions as needed, has been professional and understanding, and made sure my babies were comfortable. She provided detailed updates during my times away & over several bookings I can absolutely tell they have felt safe, happy, and comfortable with her. You can feel her love and attention to animals through the care she provides. I would recommend booking with Remy!”

About: I’ve spent over 7 years pet sitting, but honestly, I’ve been a pet person my whole life. Having raised multiple pets of my own, I know they aren’t just 'animals', they’re family members with their own quirks and personalities. I’m an active person who loves staying fit, so I’m always happy to take your dogs on long walks to keep them healthy and tuckered out. I am also very mindful when it comes to the details; whether it’s a strict medication schedule or a specific way their food needs to be prepared, I’ve handled it all before and take those responsibilities seriously. Beyond the basics, I have a really soft spot for pets who might be a little anxious or stressed when their humans are away. I’m naturally gentle and patient, so I’m happy to take things at their pace until they feel safe and comfortable. I also make it a point to keep your home tidy and send you plenty of photo updates so you can see exactly how much fun (or how many naps!) your best friend is having while you’re gone I currently work a flexible part-time schedule, which honestly works out perfectly for pet sitting. It gives me plenty of time to focus on your pets during the day. I’m usually wide open for boarding on the weekends and available every weekday after 2pm for walks or drop-ins. Your pet definitely won't be lacking for attention or playtime while they're with me! When I’m staying in a client’s home, I’m a big 'leave it better than I found it' kind of person. I take the trust you’re putting in me seriously, so I’m super diligent about double-checking locks, following alarm codes, and respecting your space. My goal is to keep your pet’s routine exactly the same so they don't get stressed; plus, I’ll make sure the house stays tidy and secure while you’re away.

“Angela is a wonderful communicator and an obvious pet-lover! She sent awesome updates with lots of pics that really reassured us that our pets were doing great while we were away. She played with our kitties and got them all to eat together (which is not as easy as it sounds lol). Would highly recommend Angela and we will definitely be booking with her again soon!”

“Rosa is now Aunt Rosa! My cats Lucy and Bubba Lee lover her and run to the door or window when they hear her car. She is assisting me after I had an injury and has been indispensable! She comes twice a week and my cats get so excited when they see her and want immediate attention. She plays with them and gives them treats...they know our routine and look forward to it. Rosa is so personable and has become like family. I wanted to address the flea issue. Rosa is at my house a minimum of twice a week sometimes more and I have never had flea issues. If she had them at home, she would have brought them to my house. I cannot say enough nice things and highly recommend Rosa.”

“A return stint for our kitties with Jacqueline and all was well again. Amenable, good communication and her drop in visits provided good updates and pics of the cats’ wellbeing.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
