About: I grew up in a household with full of pets. Due to my parents’ busy work schedules, I was often the sole caretaker of our animals. I think this experience really brought me not only to love animals so much but also to make sure that they are well no matter what. They are living things and deserve the best from their caretakers. I am a student at IU Indy with a free schedule, so I am able to run over pretty much any time of the day to let out your amazing pets. I treat every animal as if they are a person. About: I am a trainer for Veterans of Best Friends. I also have a minature golden doodle which is certified thru Alliance of Therapy Dogs of which we visit hospice patients regularly coordinated thru Main Street Hospice located in Franklin. I am a retired airline engineer and recently received my Master Gardener certification. I am retired and do some dog training also. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
