About: Today I am a professional body piercer at Atomic Tattoo but before I was graced with this new career, I spent my teens and early 20s taking care of all types of pets full time. I started at Petco when I was 16 where I got hands on experience with all different types of species. From there, I graduated into the Vet field starting off as a Kennel Technician. I quickly progressed my way into the management position, which eventually let to a Vet tech roll. Through this experience, I learned to understand animal behavior, pet safety, feeding and medication administration as well as scheduling and documentation. Since I’ve stepped away from the vet industry, I have stayed loyal to the families that had previously hired me for pet sitting while away on vacation. Through this, I’ve been given the opportunity to work and bond with their loved animals for extended periods of time. I hope that you take my experience into consideration when choosing your fur babies new sitter as I am eager to add another family into the pack. I’ve got lots of love to give and would be thrilled to give some to your baby. Im currently completely available Fridays starting as early as necessary till Sundays evenings or till necessary. I have reliable transportation and am also open to schedule drop ins during the evening on weekdays. I lost my sweet baby, Sam last year. I do not have a fenced in yard but my experience has shaped me into a professional dog walker. When I take care of my clients animals, I follow the instructions given to me so they can continue abiding to their normal routine. Overall, I’d be more comfortable with them staying at home as I believe that is where they feel the most comfortable but I am willing to work with you.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats ever since I was little. Having pets in the home growing up shaped who I am today, and I am able to grow bonds quickly with practically every animal. No animal is too big or too small, they all deserve the best love and care we can offer! I am currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of time for your pets! From early morning feedings or late night potty trips, with enough notice I can help whenever! I have two large dogs who I take care of every day. We have a fenced in yard but I’m always keeping an eye on them when they are outside. My older dog has medical needs so I am experienced with medication schedules and keeping an eye out for side effects.
About: Hi everyone! I've had a love for animals since I was little, I've been taking neighbors, family members, and clients dogs out for walks and pet sitting for 9 years. I care for my own dog at home. Currently trying to be full time on Rover! I just moved to Lubbock, but i am heading back home to Ausin for the summer. I will be back in August for school and hopefully still full time. I live in a neighborhood with a park, have a fenched back yard, doggy gate, plenty of toys and a kennel. Any of these can be used!
“Kyle was amazing! He provided drop ins for my 3 dogs while I was out of town with only a few days notice. He was willing to stop by for a meet and greet a few days before I left so I was able to walk through their routine with him. He also sent several pictures of my dogs during his check ins. Honestly, some of the best pictures I have of them and they always looked so happy in each of them. Will definitely be booking again.”
“Kylee was amazing with our Great Pyrenees Ghost! We had to be away for a night and she was able to come and let him out for us, play with him and feed him while we were gone. It was so convenient and ghost loves her!”

“Kellie was great. On time, calm, has lots of dogs and was not intimidated by my big Akbash. (Kellie used to have one!) Has lots of other animals, too, so you know the type and it's the type you want to take care of your pet(s)!”

“She is the BEST! We just moved here and needed a new dog walker for our baby girl and she made Gracie feel at home in her new surrounds and allowed me to not worry while I was at work. She is the best and we are using her again already for house sitting and also for more dog walkies!”

“Maeghan was amazing with out boys and even was able to pick up an extra check in for us on short notice! It was a lot easier to relax on vacation knowing someone dependable was checking on our boys during the day.”

With over 10 years of pet sitting experience, we’ve had the joy of caring for all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, small pets, chickens, goats, and even donkeys. We take the time to understand each animal’s personality and routine, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well-loved while you’re away. Pet sitting fits naturally into our daily routine, which allows us to offer flexible and consistent care. I am a full-time online veterinary technician student, and my sister Gracie is volunteering regularly at a local animal shelter with the goal of becoming a veterinary assistant. Because of our availability, you’ll be able to depend on us for walks, check-ins, and overnight care every day of the week. Your pets will always have priority in our schedules and routines! When caring for pets in our clients’ homes, we do our best to keep everything as close to their normal routine as possible. We spend quality time with each pet based on their needs—whether that’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply keeping them company. We’re happy to provide updates, photos, and communication so you can feel confident that your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for.

About: I am a very experienced Certified Vet Assistant who loves dogs and pigs. I have a great amount of experience with dogs as well as other pets and livestock. I spent the last 3 years as a intern at Animal Services of El Paso where I mainly vaccinated/prepped dogs and cats for surgery, fostered, and walked/played with dogs and cats at the shelter. I am able to feed, walk, lightly groom, and provide general medical care.I was raised around K-9’s, being that my dad is a trainer, so I am very comfortable and confident in my communication skills with dogs. I am college student but am available most of the day. Overall, I would consider myself to be very skilled, comfortable, and dependable at caring for dogs.
“Marsha is wonderful! She took on our 5 kitties while we were out of town for a few days and she was very dependable and communicative. We received regular updates and pictures with every visit and the kitties were very well cared for. 🩷 I would definitely recommend Marsha!”

“Brianna took great care of our two Goldens for a whole week! It was our first time hiring a pet sitter so we were really nervous to have someone come to our home and care for our babies but after meeting Brianna, we immediately knew we were in good hands. We got daily pictures and updates, she was always on schedule and we didn't have to worry about a thing. It was clear that they were very well loved and cared for while we were away. I am so glad we found Brianna - we will definitely work with her again! Thank you, Brianna!!”

About: Since I was a child, I have cared for dogs because my family has always had pets, and I currently have a Doberman who is almost four years old. My neighbors, friends, and family trust me to walk, feed, and look after their dogs whenever they travel. I deeply love animals and understand how important they are in every home. That’s why I make sure to provide not only basic care but also affection, attention, and a safe environment. I want every owner to feel at ease knowing their dog is in good hands, cared for with the same love and dedication that I give to my own. I have full-time availability, which allows me to easily adapt to each client’s needs. I live in a spacious home and have my own car, so I can be flexible with walks, drop-in visits, or extended stays. My priority is to give pet parents peace of mind, knowing that I’m always available to provide attention, love, and care whenever their pets need it. My home is a safe and comfortable place for pets. It’s a very spacious house with a large yard where dogs can enjoy outdoor time; while it isn’t fenced, I use a secure system to keep them safe while they play. I also live in a quiet and safe neighborhood. If the care takes place in the client’s home, they can feel completely confident as well, since I am honest, responsible, and always adapt to each dog’s routine and needs. With my own car and flexible schedule, I can handle walks, feeding, and any detail that helps your pet feel happy and well cared for.
About: I’ve taken care of animals since the age of sixteen. Family members and friends have trusted me in taking care of their fur babies when needed. I work full-time during the week, but my weekends are flexible for care Friday through Sunday. I’m available if needed for pop in’s or walks during the week in the evenings. I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs that would love to play. Also, if you prefer to keep your fur baby crated I can do that for you.
About: Growing up in the country, I have grown up with all sorts of animals (dogs, cat, rabbit, cows, longhorns). However, dogs have been the animal with me throughout my entire life. We got our first family dog when I was 6 and have had 3-10 dogs at a time since then! Needless to say, I'm definitely a dog person. I have experience feeding, walking, and washing dogs, and can do some basic self-taught training (sitting, down, shake). I also have house-sat and pet-sit for some family friends' and my friends' parents on several occasions. My house is full of animal love. I have a 3-year-old Plott hound mix (named Nova), a 4-year-old German Shepard (named Goose), and a 8 month old cat (named Ary). They all have their own special quirks, but are so funny and love running and playing! Nova is very food motivated and loves to run in circles and play in water, Goose is very toy motivated and could play frisbee for hours without a break if we let him, and Ary is the definition of a "lap cat" but loves being our pest control when she see an bug. I hope you give me the chance to give your fur babies some extra love and attention! I'm a full-time social worker! I can provide overnight visits whenever, but walking and drop-ins are only available on weekends and then during school scheduled breaks (my availability will reflect it)! In my home, one of my dogs is crated due to her liking to get in the trash. So, I am easily able to crate your dog if necessary and of course feed, water, play, and walk them as needed! Also, more than willing to send you pictures of your dogs throughout the visit if that's something you want :)

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Clearview
Jessica is truly the best cat sitter we could ask for. She consistently goes above and beyond every single time she cares for our cats. Not only does she make sure they are fed, comfortable, and well taken care of, but she also pays attention to all the little details that give us so much peace of mind while we’re away. She sends thoughtful updates, keeps us in the loop, and treats our home with so much care and respect. She’s even helped with things like bringing in packages and checking on things around the house, which means so much when you’re traveling. Our cats are very different personalities, and she handles both of them so patiently and lovingly—it’s clear she genuinely cares. Knowing they’re in her hands allows us to fully relax when we’re gone. We trust Jessica completely and feel so lucky to have found her. Highly, highly recommend!

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of June 2026, there are 50 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Clearview. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
