About: I have dog sit for 10+ families over the course of 8+ years! Not only do I treat your animals and home just like family, but I always try to make sure I leave your house in better condition than you left it! I do except house, chores and cleaning as well. Feel free to text me for any further information! I do currently work as an insurance agent from 9 to 5, but have flexible hours and can work from home if needed! If pet needs full 24 hour attention, please give me a notice for booking! I like to housesit for the comfort of your own pet! Not only with you being gone out of the house your furry friend in a new environment could stress them out a lot more. If your pet has any disabilities, or mental struggles, please give advance notice, so I can make sure your baby is properly taken care of!

About: I’ve been around/taken care of dogs my whole life. I grew up with four pugs and I now have just one elderly chihuahua. I also help my grandmother care for her multipoo and I never pass up on the opportunity to pet a cute doggy! I am currently home from college for the summer, and have plenty of free time to walk/check in on your pups! I typically free during the days from 11:00am-6:30pm I have my own leash and poop bags which I am able to use for walks, but I am also completely fine with using your own accessories!

About: I’ve taken care of and interacted with all sorts of animals: dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, ferrets, and even snakes and tarantulas! Pets that are under my care are always given the best treatment and care that they deserve! I am currently a volunteer at All Those Left Behind Animal Rescue. Through the rescue, I’ve handled dogs with behavioral issues, diseases, cancers, special needs, and those with age-related problems. I work part-time Mondays-Fridays in the evening with all holidays off. Additionally, I am a full-time college student with classes that vary each semester.. I am extremely flexible and even on the days that I am busy, I will try my best to find time for your pet to ensure the most comfortable experience! Unfortunately, I cannot care for pets in my home due to family relations and a skittish cat, but I am more than open to caring for your pet in your home! With all the necessary materials, directions, and details, I can ensure that your pet is safe and comfortable while you are away!

About: Hi there, my name is Sami! I've lived with dogs my whole life, big and small - some of which include a Golden Retriever, a Yorkie, and a Maltese. My sister occasionally comes over with her Goldendoodle, and I love spending time with my aunt's Bernese Mountain Dogs when I can visit them. I plan to adopt my own dog later in the future, and perhaps enroll them as a therapy dog to bring comfort to others. I've watched both my sister's and parents' dogs while they are away for the day, and I have some experience in caring for them when they were puppies. I used to walk my parents' dogs in the past, as well. I enjoy interacting with dogs as a whole, and I put their safety and comfort first. I'm an introvert who lives a quiet lifestyle, but I also love to have fun, so if your furry friend needs someone to hang out with while you're away, I'll be there for them! NOTE: Though I adore cats, I am unfortunately allergic and therefore cannot interact with them directly if you have any in your home. I can still feed or play with them via a cat teaser or laser pointer, but I cannot pet them or pick them up. :( Currently, I am working full-time at an elementary school in Minooka. As I share similar hours with our students, my availability Monday through Friday will only be after 3:30pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, I am available during afternoons and evenings, though prior arrangements in advance can be made for a morning walk or drop-in visit! I will update my schedule as soon as anything changes. If you have any questions regarding my schedule for a particular day or week, please don’t hesitate to message me! IMPORTANT: As per Rover’s Terms of Service, please note that I cannot share private contact details or accept methods of payment outside of Rover. This is for the safety and security of all parties involved. When out on a walk, I will make sure your friend is kept safe and away from hazards or things they may be uncomfortable with. When dropping in for a visit, I will make sure their needs are met and everything is secured for their safety. They would never be left unsupervised, and they'll get lots of love and playtime! About: I have taken care of dogs as a drop in and while the family was on vacation. I also enjoy walking dogs. Also, have taken care and trained puppies and have catered to senior dogs. My dog owners are very pleased with my skills and patience with their dogs. They appreciate my care and kindness I show to their babies. I am semi-retired, I work at the Coal City schools as a recess monitor during the school year. I am very flexible with my time around recess hours. I don’t mind late night walks/drop ins (before 10pm) or early morning walks/drop ins. I am respectful of your home when coming to get your dog. I am respectful of your home and your yard. I do not use or go into other parts of your home not previously given permission to access. I am in constant communication when it comes to the welfare of your fur baby.

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was little... I would take care of my neighbors and friends animals... I would walk them, feed them, play with them, occasionally would keep them overnight and even taught some tricks. I have even cared for Lizards, Rabbits, fishes, birds and so many different type of animal. I do stick to my promise to make sure any fur babies I am taking care of is happy and loved while you are away! I have 2 pets of my own and I'm great with pets of all types! :) *If you are just looking for a backup dog sitter please let me know or even if you're tight on money please also let me know* I'll be glad to work with you on the pricing if needed I would play with your animals! I would walk them or make sure they are let outside to use bathroom. Make sure they have food and water. Hang out with them so they don't feel lonely and make sure they are well taken care of for the owner. I do stick to my promise to care for your fur babies as if they were my own! I would make sure your pets are let out! I am always outside with them when they are outside just to make sure they don't get hurt or get into anything! I am available full time (I was recently laid off) I can do overnight stays and drop in visits and walks, pretty much anything you need for your fur babies. I have a big back yard and leashes for back yard. I am alway out with my pets when they go outside, so they will have my full attention.

About: My family has owned dogs my entire life - I grew up learning how to best care for them. Very trustworthy, kind, loyal, and loving! I’ve had dogs through all the stages - puppy through senior care. (currently in film graduate school, so my availability reflects mainly weekends. About: I have been taking care of the pets of friends and family for years, ranging from dog-walking to week-long pet sitting. Experience with a wide range of breeds and ages. I am a substitute teacher with a very flexible schedule, so I can take care of animals pretty much any time during days when I am not subbing. For sitting at other’s’ home, I try and keep the pet’s schedule as close to normal as possible! I prefer sitting in other’s’ homes just to keep things simple for the furry babies.

About: Hello! I'm excited to be with rover part time. I've been pet sitting and dog walking since I was 12 and I've been a dog groomer since 2018! And a dog mom since I've been in diapers 🥰 I am a full-time dog groomer with two dogs. I noticed how much it benefited them to have long walks even with a fenced in backyard. I want to be able to give this back to people in the community with their dogs. I can do early mornings and evenings. No pet sitting just dog walking 🥰. About: I have loved animals since I could remember. I have house sat for co-workers, fostered for shelters, done many trips of volunteer animal transports, and many years of TNR. My absolute dream is to own the countries largest domestic animal rescue/ranch and have law’s passed to protect more stray/feral cats. People say it will never happen but, I don’t listen to them!! I am a nurse who has cut my hours as well as my expenses to have a more flexible schedule. I begins a patient myself almost losing my life and realized I want to do what makes med me happy. Like so many others with near death experiences!! I LOVE being a nurse but after 30 years and kids being grown - I want to do what I absolutely love now. Since I live in an apartment I can not do boarding yet, but I can follow directions and am VERY respectful of other people’s private homes/spaces. I know it is very stressful for our pets to be left home alone for extended time so I would give them as much love and attention as I am requested to (I understand not all animals appreciated being loved on!!) Your family can have peace of mind while on vacation, away for work, or tending to family crises elsewhere. One of the biggest compliments I ever received as a hospice nurse being on call was, that the other nurses never worried about their patients when they know I was on call that night/weekend. They knew I would take care of them and their families, so they could enjoy their time off!!! And I will do the same for pets because they are family too!!

About: My passion for dogs has been with me since a very young age. As a child, my dream was to be a vet because of my passion and love for animals. I have 20 years of service, and my approach to caring for my dogs at home has always been holistic and natural. I've reversed my dog's diagnosed disease naturally and have saved his life naturally when vets have told me to put my dog to sleep. I'm thorough with my dogs’ routine, medication, diet, and cleaning eating. That makes me highly prepared for the dogs I tend to. Fun fact: My family and I own 17 pets!
