About: I have taken care of dogs as a drop in and while the family was on vacation. I also enjoy walking dogs. Also, have taken care and trained puppies and have catered to senior dogs. My dog owners are very pleased with my skills and patience with their dogs. They appreciate my care and kindness I show to their babies. I am semi-retired, I work at the Coal City schools as a recess monitor during the school year. I am very flexible with my time around recess hours. I don’t mind late night walks/drop ins (before 10pm) or early morning walks/drop ins. I am respectful of your home when coming to get your dog. I am respectful of your home and your yard. I do not use or go into other parts of your home not previously given permission to access. I am in constant communication when it comes to the welfare of your fur baby.

About: Animals have always been my happy place. I have two dogs and a cat of my own, so caring for animals is part of my everyday life. I’ve also helped family and friends by letting their dogs out, taking them on walks, and caring for them while they were away, including keeping a friend’s dog in my home for a week during vacations. While I’m new to Rover, I’m dependable, patient, and understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet is in good hands, and I’ll do everything I can to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I currently work part-time Tuesday from 8:45 a.m.–12 p.m., Wednesday from 5–10 p.m., and every other Sunday from 12–4 p.m. I may occasionally work an additional 9 a.m.–12 p.m. shift during the week. Outside of those hours, I’m available for drop-in visits, walks, and house sitting. I’m also available most evenings, weekends, and holidays. I’ll always communicate clearly about my availability and make sure your pets receive the care and attention they deserve. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’ll follow your care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications (if needed), and any routines your pet is used to. I’ll treat your home with respect, keep you updated with photos and messages, and make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away.

About: I have been taking care of the pets of friends and family for years, ranging from dog-walking to week-long pet sitting. Experience with a wide range of breeds and ages. I am a substitute teacher with a very flexible schedule, so I can take care of animals pretty much any time during days when I am not subbing. For sitting at other’s’ home, I try and keep the pet’s schedule as close to normal as possible! I prefer sitting in other’s’ homes just to keep things simple for the furry babies.

About: Hello! I'm excited to be with rover part time. I've been pet sitting and dog walking since I was 12 and I've been a dog groomer since 2018! And a dog mom since I've been in diapers 🥰 I am a full-time dog groomer with two dogs. I noticed how much it benefited them to have long walks even with a fenced in backyard. I want to be able to give this back to people in the community with their dogs. I can do early mornings and evenings. No pet sitting just dog walking 🥰. I can provide a harness or leash or will use ones provided. I am very familiar with proper walking techniques.

About: I’ve taken care of my dog since I was 11-12 years old until I was 16 and then she sadly passed away and we got a new dog and I’ve been taking care of her for 3 years. I also have experience taking care of cats I absolutely love cats. And I have experience taking care of rabbits I currently have one I take care of a rabbit and a large dog all the time. I know both need lots of love and lots of play time and attention I will listen to your pets. When they need to go out, when they need to eat, when they want to play, or cuddle. In my home I will make sure they have food and water and I will make sure they go out every 2 hours or so. If they are a larger dog they can play with my puppy she absolutely loves to play. I will also take them for a walk. At the clients home it will be the same and if I can take their animal to the dog park I will do so and let them play I know they also love playing with other animals and not always just with humans

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have always had a love for animals. My current dog, Ellie, is a 4-year-old Shih-Poo. Before Ellie, our family dog was Cora, who was also a Shih-Poo and lived to be 16 years old. I also volunteered at a local dog shelter for 4 months, where I walked and bathed dogs of all different sizes. I helped my dad train Ellie, and I regularly help with her bathing, walking, and grooming. I’ve also dog-sat for family and friends while they’ve been away on vacation. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet in someone else’s care, and I would treat your dog with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. 🐾 I work full-time during the week, so my availability for pet care is primarily on weekends. I’m committed to being dependable and making sure each pet feels comfortable and well cared for while they’re with me. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly 4 year old dog. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, so I’m happy to take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’ll also keep pet parents updated so they know how their pet is doing.

About: My pet care experience consists of having a dog throughout my childhood and adult years. I've always loved the companionship of owning a dog and also visiting or babysitting families and friends' dogs/cats. With having a dog comes a lot of responsibility and attention whether that's feeding, letting outside, physical activity, and training. I'm experienced in all of those qualities. The pet care that I will be using through the new dogs and cats I meet are the basics of giving treats, going for walks, and playing fetch or ball. Those basics are important and useful for dog caregivers because any dog would love the attention and care that you are giving them unconditionally. I'm also experienced in grooming with bathing the pet if needed. Whether that's outside with a hose and soap or inside in a bathtub. Dogs are my best friends and should be treated with love and companionship therefore I would treat the dog and make sure they are happy and comfortable but also safe and calm at all times. My schedule is very flexible and in the case of babysitting or walking a dog, I will be attentive and responsible. Since I currently have a dog at home I take her outside frequently, stay outside with her and walk around the backyard or throw a toy and play fetch or even just sit in the grass and give her belly rubs. My daily routine consists of letting my dog outside and hanging out with her off and on while also letting her have time to rest and chill by herself. My weekly routine is the same as my daily routine aside from additional car rides, pup cups, or cousin visits with other dogs. The safety, trust & Environment of the care for the pet in my home and or my client's home will consist of making sure all doors are shut when entering and exiting the home or garage. Also making sure the dog is on a leash and well equipped when walking through a neighborhood. I also have a fenced-in yard so I'm experienced with fences and the proper precautions if needed. I can easily create your dog too if needed. Also water supply and refilling the water bowl as needed and giving supplements or medicine also. Also will have the clients contact information in case of emergency.

I offer additional care for seniors pets (Ex: taking them on shorter more frequent walks) and pets who have health concerns. (Ex: Giving medications). Book with me and your pet will be in great hands! I am available 7 days a week! I offer Early morning walks, afternoon walks, evening walks, and night time walks. What ever time works for you most likely works for me! I live in an animal friendly apartment! I have a large kennel if your pet prefers to sleep in one. I have a big field of grass behind me for leash walks / play time.

About: I use to work with kids so nothing suprises me and I'm very good under pressure. I always find another way. I love all animals I'll even watch your other pets. I have taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, birds, and etc just ask. I'm always willing to learn. I will also work with dogs of all kinds even special needs of any kind or just special stuff needed to be done with them. A month and a half after getting my puppy she jumped out of my sister arms so I had a energized mini aussie on my hands that had to wear a splint for her broken leg. I'm ready for any challenge I work 38/40 hour weeks so I would pet sit before my shifts; after my shifts. If in Pontiac I would also do it during my hour lunch if needed It’s been years since I was an “official” pet sitter but really whatever the animal needs I am willing to do. Every animal needs slightly different care
