About: I’ve had numerous jobs working with animals including the care of livestock, dogs, cats, birds, sugar gliders, you name it! I worked at a horse stable for 6 years and Petsmart for 2 years as an animal caretaker. I am not working right now but I’m going to school Mondays and Wednesdays from 10-3pm. About: I’m excited to apply what I’ve learned about my pets to others. Every pet has their own personality I want to get to know them. Pet car fits perfectly into my schedule as I complete college online and am home majority of the day they always have my undivided attention. My dad would take me to the pet store, and I would beg for even a hamster, but he never budged. After lots of research, I chose a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and that’s how we welcomed Emmett into our family. One of my favorite hobbies is training Emmett, working on obedience, tricks, and even some agility. I love the moment when something finally “clicks” for him (it’s like finally understanding a math problem!). Growing up, people would always say their pets were family, and I didn’t fully understand that until I had my own. Now, I don’t even see them as pets, they are my children.
