“Madison was amazing!!! Ranger is a very energetic pup and he had the best time with her and her dogs. She worked with all my requests and sent tons of pictures. I would give 10 stars if I could!!! I will definitely recommend her.”

“Butterscotch had a great vacation at Cheyenne’s! It was clear from the photos that she was very well taken care of and loved on lots! I super appreciated Cheyenne’s clear communication style and flexibility around my schedule.”

“Selena was absolutely wonderful! So many pictures and updates. We were so happy with all the continuous communication throughout our dogs stay with her. She is so nice and the dogs had plenty of outdoor time and play with her friendly dog! Would definitely recommend!”

“Gloria was amazing with my Riley! I contacted her super last minute due to an emergency and she was very willing to accommodate our needs- she even gave him a bath! I cannot recommend her enough. We’ll be booking again with Gloria!”

“Desha took care of our 2 dogs for a couple of days while out of town and we are so thankful of the great care she provided! She was so communicative and sent photos of the happy pups at bedtime and morning. Her cute kids also gave the dogs a lot of affection and the dogs loved that! I hope to book with Desha again in the future!”

“My pups were happy and exhausted when I picked them up from all the playing they did on the farm. Victoria was very sweet and knowledgeable. My 11 month old dachshund had really regressed in potty training and since Victoria is a certified trainer, she was able to give me some helpful tips on how to reverse that. I plan to keep in touch with her for private training sessions as well in the near future!”

“Kim and Steve are the best! We left our senior dog with them for a week. They gave him their undivided attention pampering him with romps in their amazing yard and walks down their tree-lined dead-end street. They sent daily updates with photos and a video. Each one showed a smiling, wagging doggie. When we arrived to retrieve our buddy, we could see that he was very comfortable with Kim and Steve and that they were pretty fond of him. We highly recommend them and will book with them again.”
“Mrs. Becker was so accommodating to cole! He was very well taken care of and made some great friends with her pups. Mrs. Becker is a person you can trust with your beloved pets, she will make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and have a fun time. My cole did not want to leave! Thank you for giving cole an amazing experience while in your care!”

“Emily is always fantastic with our two dogs! We have one senior dog and one really active pattie mix, and she loves them both! We have already booked her for our next trip...10 days away!!”

“Erin and Anthony did a great job with our boys over 4th of July. Our puppy and their blue heeler were best buddies all weekend, and our old guy got all the cuddles while being stressed from the fireworks. The photo updates were evidence that everyone was well cared for. We would happily take the boys back.”

“Crystal provides a wonderful service and our dogs enjoyed their Crystal and her family more than our’s. They Enjoyed your children and had the needed rest from hiking. Thank you so much. I would recommend you to all who have fur babies that need a day sitter.”

“We have a very spoiled doxie with some extra needs. We have extremely high standards on leaving him with anyone. (we worry about him being trouble and being safe). Having used Shawna in the past, she was the only one I trusted to keep him when I needed a recent surgery. Would definitely recommend and use her again. Gave good safe care, love, communication and was accommodating to any and all our requests and needs.”

“Amber and her family are awesome!! This was my very first time using Rover so I was pretty nervous, but she let us meet her and her dogs before booking, which made me feel very comfortable. She is so friendly and flexible, so it was an easy choice to book with her. I could really tell how much she loves dogs! She sent me photo and video every day. My baby boy seemed very happy and had a blast with her family and his new fluffy friends! I will definitely be using her again!”

About: I’ve had animals of all sorts for most of my life! When I was younger, we had dogs, chickens, sheep, and an alligator. While I’m only interested in caring for doggies now, I think the other pets I’ve had are worth mentioning. :) While this is my first go at boarding other‘s pets in my home, I’m confident that I can provide exceptional services and accommodations. I am a stay-at-home mom currently. However, I do not have small children. My children are 13 and 14 years old and love dogs, so you can bet that your fur baby will get lots of love, cuddles, attention, and playtime! We have a friendly 5 year old male Aussiedoodle. He is neutered. He loves to play, but also likes to chill inside in the air conditioning. He may be a little spoiled. I have a fully fenced yard. There’s also a shaded walking trail behind our home that’s easily accessible. Your pet is able to roam freely through the downstairs of our home and have the same freedoms our own pet has. If your pet is more comfortable in a crate, I have that available as well.
About: I’m 21 years old and have grown up around animals my entire life. I have hands on experience caring for a wide range of pets, especially dogs of all sizes and breeds. I’ve had dogs my whole life from Chihuahuas and Dachshunds to Pit Bulls and Belgian Shepherds so I’m comfortable with everything from small, high energy pups to large, working breeds. I still care for my childhood Dachshund and currently have a Belgian Shepherd, which has given me strong experience with daily routines, training basics, exercise needs, and attentive care. I treat every pet as if they were my own and focus on keeping them safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. Pet care is my full time job, so it’s fully built into my daily and weekly routine. This allows me to dedicate my time and attention to each pet’s individual needs, whether that’s walks, feedings, playtime, medications, or just extra companionship. Since this is what I do every day, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability to provide reliable, consistent care and give your pets the attention they deserve. I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort in both my home and my clients’ homes. I carefully follow all instructions, maintain clean environments, secure doors and gates, and closely monitor pets to ensure they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for at all times.

- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in KY ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
