“Donna took wonderful care of my senior dog with medical issues. She was understanding, and very communicative, sending updates 2-3 per day, with multiple pics daily. I could relax on a family trip knowing my pup was well cared for.”

He boarded w/her for the first time and had a bad night (no fault of hers) but it was his first time away from home at night. I do believe things will be better for him as he gets used to us being away (although not often)”

Unfortunately, due to weather and flight delays, we had to extend our trip a bit on both ends, and Sue was extremely helpful and willing to take our pet for the extra time. We also got daily photo updates, so we knew he was settling in well and well taken care of. She was even willing to do a meet and greet prior to the start of our trip. Ria was patient, kind and confident in being able to care for my Aries, and the pictures they shared throughout had my jaw on the floor! My girlie who barks at everything was out walking.
