About: I have taken care of different breeds and ages of dogs. I have taken care of senior-aged dogs with a variety of needs as well as younger pups! I have even gained the trust of more protective/nervous dogs and have successfully taken care of them. I'm a teacher currently on summer break, so I have a lot of time and flexibility to make sure that your amazing pet receives the care they need! During the school year, I make sure that all needs are met before leaving for the day (food, water, walks) and that they get everything they need before bed time! About: I grew up with a house filled with adopted and rescued pets including a cat who gave us 3 liters! As if that wasn’t enough for me, I also worked at a dog day care working with multiple dogs at once and catering to each specific need while encouraging proper play. My best friend was my Great Dane/Border Collie who just recently passed on, but he left me all the life lessons I need to care for others! I am available 24/7 with my remote job! About: Starting in July, I am available all day! I've always grown up with animals. I was born into a family with two older dogs, and grew up with 2 family dogs, Maggie & Henry, whom I loved and adored as family. When I moved to graduate school, I adopted two cats, Plum & May. I didn't grow up with cats, but during college up to now I spend time at local animal shelters volunteering and helping to socialize cats where I have time. Currently, I spend my free time trapping, spaying/neutering, and releasing feral cats in my neighborhood to give them better, safer lives. I work an 8-5pm job M-F currently in Cleveland. I am a graduate student, which does mean I am relatively busy, However, I am more than willing to try to fit pet-sitting/walking into my schedule. We can talk more about this if you want to book with me! I always like to get a detailed account of the owner's daily routine with the pet, as well as any medical or physical concerns I should be looking out for. If the client approves, I like to err on the side of reaching out if I have questions or concerns, rather than waiting until they get back. Additionally, having emergency veterinary information is a must, as I am willing to do what is necessary to keep your pet safe.
