About: Growing up with dogs, I've always had a love for taking care of and making sure all dogs - big or small - feel loved, safe, and comfortable. At my previous place of work, I often watched my coworkers dogs in their homes while they were away. Whether its couch snuggles or early morning walks, I'm here for it! My ability to really listen to and hear what a dog needs sets me apart from other sitters; I firmly believe that there is so much more to a dog than people give them credit. They are such intelligent individuals with a raw sense of joy that it would be an absolute honor to get to spend time watching your furry friend! I'm currently in-between jobs so my flexible schedule allows for lots of walk and play time! While my current place of living does not allow for pets, I am more than comfortable taking care of pets in their own homes while owners are away. I feel grateful to have this carved out time to make sure the safety and comfort of your beloved dog(s) is of highest importance! As I mentioned, I cannot currently offer boarding surfaces -- but I am eager to help out and take care of a pet in a client's home (check-ins/overnights). Not only will I be respectful of the space itself, but I will also be sure to attune to the needs of the dog in their home as I am a guest while I am there. This includes learning all necessary information head of time about the home, how to access needed things, and asking any lingering questions so that there is no question of your pet's comfort and safety in your time away.

I remember when she watched my dog, who is quite timid and often won’t eat when we leave her, Janine sent me a picture of my dog eating from Janine’s hand. It made me so happy and put my mind at ease that my dog child was loved and well cared for. I also remember visiting Janine and we took my dog for a hike to familiarize her with the land. By the end of the hike, the two of them were best friends and my pup was running to Janine as much as me. If you want someone to love your pet as much as you, Janine is your person. About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats and have done house sitting for 4 years. I love doing this kind of stuff. I can walk them, go for walks all that fun stuff. Im doing babysitting right now but can house sit whenever and can be with the dogs/cats whenever. I am always free to take them out whenever needed. I will watch pets in your home and or/ stay in your home for house sitting overnight. I will keep them safe and follow any rules.

“Alexis is a wonderful pet sitter! She took on a long 10-day, 2 x visits per day for our 13 y/o pup , and 14 y/o cat. Our dog required am and pm med mixed in with her food. Our pets are still quite active for their age, but they are older and need lots of love ;we have had them for 13 years. She was great with updates and photos.
