I have 4 dogs that have earned their AKC Canine Good Citizen awards. Recently, my dog Willow, has received her AKC Farm Dog title. About: I have had experience with many animals throughout my life. My true passion for animals started back at a very young age when my parents rescued a litter of very sick, flea infested kittens that we cared for and helped flourish in to adulthood. I am a full time teacher on summer break, so have availability to fit your needs over the summer. I’m a full time teacher on summer break, so have plenty of time to give your dog the attention they deserve! I am home most of the day with occasional trips to the gym/store. I have a fenced yard and available sidewalks/trails for walks. I do have a 1 year old energetic Golden Retriever who is very friendly (maybe too friendly for some dogs) and a 2 year old Persian kitty who is skeptical of new animals

“My rescue Havapoo, Blaze, stayed with Hope for fifteen days, and from what “he tells me,” had a fine time and enjoyed the interaction with other dogs. Hope was very welcoming and let me know how Blaze was doing the morning after I had dropped him off (he chose to sleep in her grandson’s room). I would definitely board Blaze with Hope again, should the occasion arise.”
“Benjamin and Laura did a fantastic job watching our 4-year-old Bernedoodle for 10 days. They were responsible, kind, quick to respond, and flexible around ideal drop off and pick up times. They sent regular updates and pictures, which gave us peace of mind that our dog was enjoying her time (playing, walking, resting). She also got along very well with their two dogs. I definitely would trust Benjamin and Laura to watch our dog for a future trip.”

“Our Great Pyrénées had a great time at Sarah’s house. Her dog is the perfect playmate for Charlotte and the fenced in backyard gives her plenty of space to play freely and safely. Sarah was kind enough to send me pictures and give updates on how Charlotte was doing. Charlotte can be a picky and unpredictable eater so I really appreciated Sarah’s patience and perseverance during mealtimes. Charlotte and I look forward to her next overnight!”
