Weekend Availability Weekends are completely open, so I can accommodate longer visits, flexible scheduling, and more active playtime. Boarding at my home is also available if that’s easier for you and your pet. I have a fully fenced backyard and a park right next to my house, giving pets plenty of space to play, explore, and burn off energy when they stay with me. If I’m caring for your pets in your home, I’ll do everything I can to keep them happy and comfortable. I’ll follow their routine, play with them, and make sure their bellies are full. You’ll get plenty of pictures and updates so you always feel connected and confident while you’re away.
About: I have taken care of dogs for 10+ years. I always make sure they are safe comfortable and happy. Im very patient, loving and caring. I will make sure that your best friends are well taken care of. Im doing this full time so I will have all the time in the world to look after your buddies to play with them and to walk them and to make sure that they are well taken care of. I dont have a fenced yard but I always make sure to keep them on a leash. I also have 2 fun loving dogs that will be able to keep your dogs company. There is also a park nearby that would be a great place for them to go on walks and play. Safety is my number 1, I dont want anything to happen to them.
About: I have been around dogs my entire life and have been pet sitting since starting college. I've had experience with newborn puppies all the way up to my 11 year-old Brittany Spaniel (the puppies were hers). I generally go for 3-5 mile walks each day so if you have an active dog, we would get along great. I am also into hiking and being outside, so if your dog likes hikes, I may be the sitter for you. I love dogs, really animals in general. Pet sitting and walking is a great way for me to get my dog fix and take care of your best friend as well. I have a pretty flexible job which gives me availability to walk or visit your pets. I try to go for hikes multiple times a week if that is something your dog may like. I also do Nordic skiing in the winter and am happy to bring a well behaved dog with me. I have a flexible schedule which allows me to spend time with your pets and make sure they get the care they deserve. I enjoy being outside and being active with a furry companion.
“Robyn went above and beyond in every way. We were traveling around 14 hours away for a full week. We have two dogs one being very difficult needing to be let out every two hours and high anxiety. While we were away at no fault to Robyn he refused to eat or drink leading him to become very ill. Robyn kept a close eye on him and when she became concerned with how he was doing she took him to the Doggie ER and ended up saving his life. Her communication was perfect, sent photos, texts, and called when needed. It was an extremely stressful time to be away from a hurting pup and Robyn was communicating every step of the way. We will be using Robyn again in the future and I can not recommend her enough.”

“Robin was amazing with my four cats. They are all on the shy side and mostly hid in her bathroom. They had plenty of room to play and she sent plenty of pictures. She is great with animals and does really well communicating which eased my worries.”

About: I started out walking dogs in middle school and joined dog 4-H and learned basic obedience and showing. I love caring for puppies and can potty train. My schedule is open during the week and weekends. I have two dogs who are dog friendly that keep your dogs or puppy company. I can crate dog if needed at night or short times during poor weather conditions. I like to see that high energy dogs can get up to 1-2 hours of exercise every day at my home. With exercise I like to combine brain exercise so they can be fully tuckered out.

“Having Krystal watch our dog made traveling a breeze. She was very accommodating and having a dog of her own was a significant bonus. Seems it was a mini vacation for both us and our pet.”

“LOVE Kailey! She sent photos to me each day and gave updates. My dog also came back to us clean, happy, and very well behaved. Oftentimes, other families watching him can lead to him being rebellious when we get him back — not with Kailey! We highly recommend!”

“Rachel was great! She sent lots of photos and was good with communication. My dog was so happy when I picked him up. He was very well taken care of. She had great accomodations! Would highly recommend!”

“Mistie B and her family are so wonderful! My husband was having surgery. Misty was there for us! She lives outside of town. So no doggie park and all the disgusting things that go with it. Her yard is fenced in. She has 2 wonderful dogs for yours to play with. Her house is well maintained. Her 2 kids are fantastic. She is so caring and loving. Worked with my Standard poodle the whole time. We will be using Mistie B again in a month. I have used Rover before, as a trucker. All across the USA. This caregiver is by far the best across the US!!!”

Allysa was amazing. She kept me updated with how my dog was doing throughout his stay. I was a little nervous with leaving him for 3 nights since he is an anxious goldendoodle- but my worries were eased within the first little bit. I definitely recommend Allysa and will use her in the future if I am in need of a sitter. Thank you so much!

Many sitters in ID ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
