“Jackie was fantastic with our puppy, Casper! While he stayed with her she taught him to go down the stairs!! She sent multiple pictures a day which made us feel so happy and comfortable while we were gone. We would definitely Love to have Jackie watch our Casper again!”

“Devin was an amazing dog sitter for my dog, Bandit! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure he felt comfortable and loved the entire time it gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in great hands. I would absolutely trust Devin again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!”

“Here's a review you can use: Lizdalia was amazing with my doggies! She provided daily updates and pictures, which really put my mind at ease. It was clear that she genuinely cared for them, and they were so happy and well-cared for when I returned. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!”
“Christina was a life saver. My regular sitter wasn’t available and she agreed to care for my dog 2 days before I went out of town. I shared that my dog has never really been around other dogs and I was a bit hesitant. Christina assured me she would be fine and sent me pics of her actually playing with the other dogs!!”

About: My parents had dogs before I was born so I have never lived without dogs. I share my house now with my two dogs, and I am very lucky to work from home where I can be with them all day. In addition, I spent many years volunteering with a local shelter where I was a dog walker, an adoption counselor, a foster dog mom, and assisted with training classes. If you have a dog care need outside of what I have set as what I will accept, contact me because I may be able to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. My schedule revolves around my dogs. I have a secure, fenced-in yard and an enclosed porch, but they do spend most of their time indoors with me. When I am home, they go out every 3-4 hours, and if I am away, which is not often, I do not leave them for more than 8 hours. I am not scheduling for more than 3 months out, but if you have a specific date request beyond that, contact me and I can look at options. When I host your dog at my home, he or she will be treated like part of the family. I feed my dogs twice a day, and they go out every 3-4 hours when I am not home, or more often if needed. On sunny days, my dogs also enjoy laying on my enclosed porch where I have a few dog beds set up for them. The feeding and potty schedule for your dog is up to you, so please communicate that with me if it would be different from my own dogs. On the rare occasions where I need to leave for doctor appointments or family events, I would crate your dog, or alternately, secure your dog in a small room using a baby gate if you dog cannot tolerate crating. I have two bad shoulders, and therefore I do not walk dogs, but your dog would get plenty of play time with my dogs in my house and in my yard. While I try to not have dogs on the furniture, it doesn't always work out that way, but I do have multiple dog beds in every room of my home. I also have designated areas of the couch where my dogs are allowed. I would require you to bring a leash and your dog's food when you drop him or her off. In terms of in-home visits to care for your dog, I will be sure to let them out, feed them, make sure they have water, administer medications as required, and spend about 15 minutes with them in snuggles or playtime. As mentioned above, I have two bad shoulders so I am not able to walk your dog.

Pet care fits well into my routine, and I’m available for drop-in visits, walks, and other pet care needs throughout the week. I’m happy to work with each pet’s normal schedule and can be flexible when needed. I’ll always make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, playtime, and care. “Super sitter would recommend 20/10, Ashlynn took greatest care of my dog Rock kept us up to date on everything. And I felt like rock was in great hands. Rock and Bailey Mae became best buddies. I was able to enjoy our vacation knowing Rock was I. The best of care.”

“Kathryn was so great with our dog boarding at her house! Our dog is a bit anxious but he really settled in with her and her pups, which tells us a ton about her care for him and the environment she creates. She sent pictures and helpful summaries daily, sometimes multiple times a day. Would book again!”

“Sarra was very accommodating for a last minute get away. She sent frequent updates with pictures and was very friendly at drop off and pick up. It was such a pleasure meeting her and I am really glad I found a loving sitter for our fur baby. I highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs and I will definitely be a repeat customer!”

“Saint had his very first sleepover with Shya and her family. Me being a first time puppy owner was a little nervous, but all was well. Shya sent pictures and text messages. Saint looked happy and seen to be enjoying his visit with his new playmate. Shya even saved his tooth that came out, well appreciated. We will definitely see Shya again and again and again. Thanks so much.”

About: I am a dog owner and have always had dogs in my home. I love how loyal they are and enjoy their company. I would love to host your dog and give them somewhere fun and loving to stay where you don’t have to worry about them. I’m currently working hybrid so Friday-Monday I’ll be able to keep an eye on your pup and play all day. I am also available in the evening Tuesday-Thursday. I have a fenced yard so your babies can enjoy lots of outside time without the restriction of a leash. I also have a dog of my own who will be a great companion. We go on two walks a day and would love to have a friend to go along with us.

“Our dog, Auggie, had a great time with Ivy and her family! He got tons of exercise and love and Ivy provided multiple updates and photos throughout his stay. We were able to arrange a meet and greet beforehand and knew right away that Auggie would be in amazing hands. We would definitely book with Ivy again and absolutely recommend her to anyone looking! 😊”

About: I have experience with all walks of life when it comes to animals. From fish to farm animals. I have two cats and two dogs and chickens and goats and pigs and ducks. Along with house birds. I am currently not working. I am a stay-at-home mom. So my schedule is pretty open. Especially to boarding I have the space for it. TimeWise I do work around my toddler schedule for dog walking and Cat sitting. I have a fenced in backyard. A very large house. I also have four kids that love animals. So an animal that loves kids would be preferred. But not completely out of the question if there is a child issue I can just keep my kids away from the animal. Pretty easy to fix.

I can easily crate any dog up to about 100 lbs. I am currently a stay at home mom and have a flexible schedule. I can care for your pet early in the morning or even late at night. About: You can see our reviews in our other profile: https://www.rover.com/sit/janirb12988 🇺🇸 We speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese! 🇲🇽 ¡Hablamos inglés, español y portugués! 🇧🇷 Falamos inglês, espanhol e português! Hi there! 👋 We’re Kaio, Jan and Anik - three lifelong dog lovers who simply enjoy spending our days surrounded by happy pups. Our goal is to give every dog a wonderful experience in a safe, fully supervised environment where they can play, relax, and connect with nature - while giving owners peace of mind through open, caring communication. Among us, we have over 15 years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and personalities. Anik also has a background working in professional dog boarding settings, where she cared for groups of dogs at a time and learned to read their behavior and body language with ease. Our home has a large, securely fenced yard that’s perfect for exploring, running, and sunbathing. Inside, dogs are welcome everywhere - because to us, they’re part of the family. 🐾 We share our space with two sweet resident dogs: a playful 1-year-old Golden Retriever and a calm, gentle 11-year-old Chow Chow. They love meeting new friends and know how to match the energy of any guest - whether it’s joining in a game or simply relaxing side by side. We know how hard it can be to be away from your pup, so we make sure you always feel connected. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and messages - the kind we’d love to get if our dogs were staying somewhere new. At the end of the day, our goal is simple: to make your dog feel safe, loved, and happy - just like they do at home. ❤️ In 2025, we've cared for over 330 dogs, with 114+ repeat clients who keep coming back for our personalized, loving care! We're excited to expand from our half-acre home to a private 6+ acre retreat in Silver Creek, GA—a perfect mix of open cleared fields for romping and wooded trails for adventure. This allows us to build dedicated play yards and special zones just for dogs. What sets us apart: A completely cage-free home where pups roam freely indoors and in secure outdoors—no crates ever! We cap groups at 6 compatible dogs (matched by age, size, temperament, and energy), ensuring tons of individual attention, play, and cuddles. Experienced with all ages—including puppies and senior dogs (meds, mobility help, and cozy comfort). Stays feature daily exercise, enrichment, photo/video updates, and endless love. Your dog will feel right at home here—we can't wait to meet them! I work full-time from home. Pet care is the heart of my daily routine—it's my full-time passion! As a dedicated home-based sitter, I'm here 24/7 with the dogs, structuring our days around their happiness and needs. A typical day starts with morning potty breaks, breakfast, and energetic play sessions in our secure yards. Midday brings walks on trails, enrichment activities (like puzzle toys or training games), and plenty of cuddles. Afternoons are for supervised group play (always small and compatible groups), rest time, dinner, and evening wind-down with more outdoor time or cozy indoor relaxation. To ensure personalized care and a safe, stress-free environment, we keep our groups small. Let’s chat about how we can provide the best care for your pup!
“Amber was great. There were plenty of updates and she was able to accommodate a last minute change in the schedule. The environment was perfect. It's hard to find the right fit so this was quite a relief. Thank you very much, Amber and family.”

About: I had my first pet dog at 11 years old. I have cared for other dogs such as my neighbors dog feeding, giving them water and showing them love! I believe walking dogs is a privilege especially for me because it will help me get out more! I work full time but I work from home! So feel at ease knowing your pet will have my attention and won’t be left home alone. I am very flexible and can even take your pets out during the weekends to a park etc I have a fenced backyard. I can go on daily walks and runs, I also have a park near my home where I can take them to play outdoors.
About: I currently pet sit often for my best friend. She has a rescue dog that has special requirements and I have gained his trust and go walk him and his brother when she travels. Understanding that the dogs past experiences can influence their behaviors is very important to me. Some need more patience and understanding than others. I work from home and love spending time with my dogs during work breaks. I can love on your baby during the day as well! I have a big home where your pet is welcome to roam. If they are crated at certain times, I can accommodate that as well. I have a small and large crate in the guest room. If I am stopping by to walk your dogs or feed your cats, I can give them treats and spend time with them as well!

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, daily exercise may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Chubbtown home-away-from-home, packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Chubbtown.
<b>Tip:</b> You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Chubbtown sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
