About: I have had two cats all of my life, while also pet sitting my friends’ dogs when they went out of town. I am very familiar with both cats and dogs and I am happy to hang out with your pet when you cannot be there for them. I am taking a gap year from school so my schedule is fairly flexible. As long as there are set times that are clear I can make it work. Depending on whether you have cats or dogs will change the way I care for your pet in your home. With dogs, there will be more going in and out with walks and with cats I will stay in the home to make sure everything is up to your standards.

I've volunteered as a dog walker at the Humane Society for almost two years and have experience handling dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I’m currently a graduate student, but the schedule is quite flexible but I tend to be quite free on weekdays after 4 pm and can do boarding on most weekends! Wonderful care for my three shy kitties! I cannot recommend Katherine highly enough! She recently cared for my three cats, and did an amazing job from start to finish. She was always punctual, and she kept in touch throughout. Whenever she had a question, she texted me right away, and she sent photos to make sure she was doing everything exactly the way I wanted. That attention to detail gave me real peace of mind while I was away. She took care of all the essentials thoughtfully, not only filling the food and water bowls but washing them too, and she kept the litter boxes clean throughout. What impressed me most, though, was how gently she approached my kitties. They are quite skittish, and Katherine respected that, interacting with them delicately and patiently rather than forcing anything. One of them even came out to see her at feeding time, which says a lot about how calm and trustworthy she is. When I came home, all three kitties seemed relaxed and content, which is the best sign that they were in good hands. Katherine is reliable, caring, and clearly loves animals. I will definitely be booking her again, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a sitter, also for shy or nervous cats.
Nicole was just wonderful on her drop in with Spock. Followed instructions for dealing with his food, water, treats, litter box. Even keeping tabs on his destructive kitten capabilities without any problems. Pets, a brushing, play. She was so attentive. Received great proof of "I didnt destroy the entire house without you Mom" pictures too!! Will definately booking her again.

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
