About: I have over 30 years experience taking care of dogs, cats, chickens, geese ,goats, pigs, burrows and horses. Ive also provided medicine and wound care to most of these animals. Im retired so available all day on days available . I live on 3 acres and have 3 horses and chickens that are fenced in separately from the rest of my fenced in property. I also have a fenced in backyard with plenty of room for dogs to run and play. I have a 1 1/2 year old 30 pound Rat Terrier that loves having other dogs around to play. Im retired but care for a grandchild a few days a week. On days Im available, Im available all day and evenings on those days. Im available to come do drop ins and also available to have a dog come stay with me. My property is completely fenced in and I also have a fenced in backyard with lots of room to run and play with my dog. I can provide crate if needed or your doggie is free to come in and out of house what ever works for your pet.
About: Growing up with animals my entire life, I've branched out to caring for other's animals. From dogs, cats, snakes, and aquariums of all sizes, I am familiar with caring for all kinds of animals including those with special needs. I have worked with blind animals, those with complex medication routines, and those that needed physical therapy. I have also assisted in training animals with behavioral issues and prevented damage to homes while per owners are away. I also volunteer for the local FOAC in my free time. I'm a full time animal lover and would love the opportunity to take care of your furry family! I work full time but have the ability to work from home. I am especially available on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Simply book me and I'll make your schedule work for mine! I have stayed in homes for months at a time caring for animals while owners are on vacation. walkers on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
