“Sylvia was just perfect! She is obviously an old hand at caring for dogs and I felt very comfortable leaving my Beagle/Jack Russel mix with her for eight nights while I was out of the country on business. We did a meet and greet a few days before my trip and I instantly saw that it was going to work. Her location in central Phoenix near the Phoenix Country Club area is probably on the way to or from the airport for many. Very convenient... The one thing that impressed me the most when I dropped my little guy off at the start was how Sylvia reviewed my printed instruction sheet on feeding and meds very carefully. She asked questions and confirmed details. She also sent a nicely worded report after the first night that helped me relax about leaving him and then another report on how he was doing near the end of the trip. It was just enough to keep me informed and happy that he was doing ok. When I picked up Harvey at the end of his eight night stay, he was glad to see me, but not too glad. He seemed happy and content. And... that is the most you can ask of a sitter like Sylvia... to take care of your little loved one like he was her own... Sylvia certainly did with flying colors! “Emily, Kai and her son are amazing. This was Rusty's second stay, the first being a one night stay. This second stay was for 7 nights. We picked him up yesterday, and he's been moping around all day. Probably tired from all the fun, but possibly missing what he thought was his new home! Emily's dog Kai is a great "ambassador" for new friends. Rusty and Kai bonded immediately and had a great time playing. Emily kept us updated with pictures and texts, it was nice knowing we had nothing to worry about as he was in great care. We (including Rusty) look forward to having Emily take care of Rusty the next time we leave town.”

I recently transferred with my job from the East Coast to Utah, and now reside in Northern California and currently frequent the Humane Society to visit with the cats and dogs waiting for homes. Pet Sitting - I am able to walk them/feed in the mornings and after 5 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and Thursday - Sundays more frequently. I do prefer overnight pet sitting. I have over 8 years of pet-sitting experience and have cared for dogs of all sizes, from tiny Dachshunds to big German Shepherds. I’ve worked with puppies who are still potty training, senior dogs who need a little extra help, and pets who take daily medications (I’m pretty good at sneaking pills into turkey when needed 😉). About: My own dog, Zeus, who was a German Shepard, had developed hip dysplasia in his elder years. He passed in 2024 but in his last years of life I learned to properly administer his two medications, and was able to trick him into taking them when he was stubborn, which was all of the time. I cleaned up after him while my parents were away and sat with him when he was anxious, which again, was all of the time. I took him on walks when he was younger and was able to handle his strength. I adore dogs and understand the stress of leaving a special needs dog by themselves. If you need a calm energy for your senior dog, or playfulness for your puppy, I'm your guy. At the moment I am still looking for a full or part time job, so my days and nights are completely open for those who need a sitter. I will care for your dog by first making sure they have their nessecities, food, water, medication, and a bathroom break. If we go on a walk I will make sure their harness and leash are secure, and am willing to walk however long your dog wishes to walk. When we come back to your home I will make sure he is uninjured, no issues with the feet or body if we go to a dog park. About: I grew up on a ranch, so I have extensive experience with all types of birds, horses, goats, cats, and dogs. I’ve house/pet sit for family and friends over the years. I have one fur baby of my own that stays with my parents when I’m not home. Dogs are the sweetest animals to walk this earth, change my mind. I work from home. My schedule is flexible to fit into your pets unique needs and schedules. Happy to help fit it into my schedule however needed Unfortunately, I don’t offer pet sitting for my house. I’m happy to take care of your pet in the comfort of their own home/ safe space. I am ever vigilant on walks and take into account things like daily temperature when scheduling or planning walks/outings.
About: I love animals and would love to help you watch yours if you're out or take them on walks for you! I had a German-Shorthaired Pointer/Labrador mix for 11 years, he passed away recently but brought years of joy and experience with a highly-energetic dog. I recently got my first cat, and I have lived with several other dogs and cats. I do not have any professional experience grooming or dealing with animals, but I am more than willing to help out with letting dogs out, taking them on walks, etc. I definitely have plenty of experience walking dogs because of my little guy. I look forward to hearing from you soon! I currently have quite open availability, almost any day and time should work with some notice, and I will try to make it work regardless. I have a fenced-in yard where a dog can go outside/play fetch. I have 1 cat, but he can be kept in a separate area of the house if preferred.

About: I've always had dogs and crate trained my dogs. I know how to train basic commands but nothing really beyond that. I do love playing with dogs and also relaxing with them as well. I do work full time but I do work from home most of the week. So my schedule is pretty flexible for the most part. I have a fenced yard, and 4 friendly dogs. We do have 2 cats but they stay outside as they don't like our dogs. I make sure the the pet I babysit is comfortable and listen to instructions on the owners requests.

About: I have over 30 years experience taking care of dogs, cats, chickens, geese ,goats, pigs, burrows and horses. Ive also provided medicine and wound care to most of these animals. Im retired so available all day on days available . I live on 3 acres and have 3 horses and chickens that are fenced in separately from the rest of my fenced in property. I also have a fenced in backyard with plenty of room for dogs to run and play. I have a 1 1/2 year old 30 pound Rat Terrier that loves having other dogs around to play. Im retired but care for a grandchild a few days a week. On days Im available, Im available all day and evenings on those days. Im available to come do drop ins and also available to have a dog come stay with me. My property is completely fenced in and I also have a fenced in backyard with lots of room to run and play with my dog. I can provide crate if needed or your doggie is free to come in and out of house what ever works for your pet.
About: I’ve raised puppies, kittens, baby birds, chickens and various other animals, I’ve also had experience working on a dog farm and groomed various types of breeds. I’m available for part-time work and am flexible when it comes to scheduling. I am open to working Monday-Sun as long as it’s planned at least a week in advance. I have a fenced large yard with two separate deck areas, I am open to bringing the pets over and housing them or going to a clients house and pet sitting, walking or even bathing if needed in a comfortable and familiar place for the pet.
About: I have been taking care of animals my entire life. I was raised around animals and treat them all like they are my own. I have experience with puppies, dog walking, and managing multiple dogs at one time. I currently work full time at a school but I like to take care of animals when I am free. I have a lot of time off and my weekend is open for any fur baby that needs me. I think trust is important when it comes to animals. Animals need to smell you first to get to know you. I always let an animal smell my hand and then I’ll ease into petting them once I can tell from body language if they want me to.
About: Austin loves hanging out with and caring for dogs. My Dogs House was created to help small and medium sized dogs have a safe and fun location to stay while their owners are busy or away. Reservations are limited as we only take a small number of well behaved dogs on a daily basis. My Dogs House is open everyday. Although reservations are limited we aim to be available at your convenience! A secondary staff member is available to assist on days that are busy or there are scheduling conflicts for Austin so the dogs are never left unattended. Inside kennels are available if needed or preferred. Yard is completely fenced. Austin provides daily updates, photos, and livestream video upon request to insure clients that their animal is getting the best care and attention.
