About: I've lived in a house full of dogs for years so I feel more than qualified to handle a house full of your furry friends or a house with one. I've pet sat for friends and family so I know how important it is your dogs don't feel alone. Nowadays, even with the heat I'm a big fan of taking walks with my dogs. We're both fans of the exercise and I have a small wading pool as a treat after the walk. I normally take them early in the morning or later in the evening when the sun is not at its hottest to protect their feet. I only work part time early mornings so I have a wide open afternoon schedule that is available. I'm willing to be flexible with your schedule. My normal weekly schedule has me available Mondays and Tuesdays after 1pm and Wednesday through Friday I am available after 11am. I'm all about positive reinforcement and love to play with dogs. I understand dogs can get rough and I'm not afraid of their nibbles but I do know how to distract and redirect their attention in the case of extreme rough play. I'm a big fan of treats so I do include treats during my time with dogs. As long as there is a fenced in back yard, I don't like to rely too heavily on a leash but like for the dog to feel free to roam.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats of every shape and size, i have experience with all health issues and can give meds as well as shots. i can also groom ( 4+ years experience with all breeds) as well as care for your fur babies in any aspect they need! I have a very flexible schedule and can fit any of your time needs. I also can stick to your normal schedule so your dog does not feel out of place. I put your pets as a priority. I have a fenced in yard, and offer leash walking potty breaks. I also have a few pups of mine inside that are friendly and ready to play. About: I have always had a special place in my heart for animals. It is our responsibility as humans to take the best care of them. Every dog is special and deserves to be attended to appropriately. I am a Waco local and student at MCC studying to become a teacher. I’m currently working part time most weekdays until 6 pm. About: I've taken care of dogs (and other animals) since I was a 12, but they were mostly my own. While in my last years of college I started watching friend & family dogs as a part time gig and it has become fairly consistent ever since. I love all animals and I've had the joy to watch many different kinds over the years...even some farm animals! Some might call me nuts, but I have watched a total of 8 dogs at one time. I'm always up for a little bit of chaos when it comes to pet sitting and I really enjoy giving owners the peace of mind that their babies are in good care. I just started a hybrid job, my work schedule is very flexible. For younger dogs I'm able to be at home more should their typical schedule require it. I only offer in home pet sitting. Over the years I've learned that it works much better for the pets to be in their usual environment. I like to come into the home and adapt to their life so its as stress free as possible. By doing so this also gives me the opportunity to "house sit" and keep an eye on the place as well. If needed I will collect the mail/newspaper/packages, water the plants, assist with any maintenance appts etc. Before going to a new home, I insist on coming by for a meet and greet to meet the dog/s and get a lay of the land to make sure both parties are comfortable.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
