About: I have experience training dogs at Top dog training academy as well as day sitting experience. Have means of transportation to be able to transport animals in case of emergency, and own a black lab. I have handled all types of dog breeds and sizes and do not have any fear of aggressive animals. I am working towards a career with K-9s in the law enforcement field I am willing to work my schedule as much as I can into my daily and weekly routine to accommodate my clientele however seen fit. For my dog and others I ensure that regular walks are done and in safe environments. I walk with a leash at all times and ensure that pets are fed at their normal times that their owners feed them so that no break in routine can be established.

About: Special forms of care I have recently provided are giving daily oral insulin, bathing, walking and potty breaks using a harness, and caring for a dog recovering from spinal surgery. I also have a senior chihuahua who can’t jump, see, or hear very well, so I’m very familiar with caring for a senior pet. I’m currently searching for a job, so my time will be at a client’s disposal. My availability is all 7 days of the week, Mon-Sun. I can help get your dogs in their crate, take them on walks, and make sure they get outside to use that bathroom at appropriate times. I can also easily follow their eating and medicine (if/as needed) schedules to keep them energized and their belly’s full!

About: Living in the OBX, Willing to travel, see new places! I want to help care for your dog in your home because I believe pets are happiest in their home setting. I never boarded my dog, always traveled with him or had a family member stay. I'm excited to meet all your fur family and see some new places. If you live near trails, i particularly enjoy a hiking dog. I will travel for overnight care up to a few hours. I also visit NH regularly. Im working on something personal right now which allows me the flexibility to travel and dog sit. I prefer the beach, mountains, lakes, quiet over cities. I'm a kiteboarder and hiker, so i'm partial to areas I can explore with these activities. I always follow the household schedule and your pets preferences. During my time in your home, I will leave it generally cleaner than I found it. I'm comfortable traveling to dog parks, trails etc with a dog or two in my car.. I'm happy to keep your plants happy, enjoying a green thumb.

About: My late dog Casey (d. May 2026) was dog-reactive, and I found out firsthand how hard it is to find a dogsitter without any personal pets or other clients in the home for dogs like her when I travel. I always had at least one dog and cat in the home growing up, but Casey taught me how to set animals up for success by accepting them as they are and adjusting to their needs-- medical, emotional, and physical. For dog boarding, I would like to use my house and fenced-in yard to give other pets a quiet respite when their owners need to travel-- walks, naps, and play included-- and give owners the peace of mind that their pet is somewhere comfortable and safe when they are away. I sanitize and clean my house thoroughly after each pet's visit and pick up the dog poops from my yard to reduce any illness spread between dogs. For housesitting, I would treat your pet and house as I would want my own to be treated if a sitter stayed-- as it was left if not cleaner. On weekends, your pet will have my full attention. Any errand outside of the house I need to run is less than an hour. I will take cues from your pet and your directions on how to occupy your pet's day. On weekdays, I work a 8-to-4 job with flexibility. I typically wake at 6:30AM, return around noon to check on pets + give attention/walk, and stay home after work. Depending on your pet's needs, we can burn off energy or unwind together before I ensure that your pet is settled in for the night with my bedroom door open for nighttime access. As someone whose late dog who had medical and social needs, I will follow your care instructions for your pet in activities, mealtimes, and other concerns, along with medicine administration if needed. I will not be leaving your pet alone in the yard; your pet will be kept indoor in A/C with access to the living room and kitchen during weekdays. Please plan to bring some of your pet's comfort items (toys and treats) along with their necessities to ensure they have something from home for boarding. For new clients boarding in my home, I would ask that you are present for at least fifteen minutes when dropping off your pet to allow acclimation to the space and association with me as someone positive while you and I review care instructions for your pet. If meeting in the home is not possible for boarding, a time for your pet to meet me in a Meet & Greet is essential ahead of time. I want your pet's initial time with me to be as stress-free as possible.

“Many thanks to Heather for watching our girl Fairah over the weekend! My wife and I don't get to get away often, so when when the chance arises, we take it! Heather took care of our girl and worked on her leash training, offering many tips in the hopes of getting to where she needs to be. She was able to interact with Heather's dogs and played her heart out! She was exhausted when she got home! Overall a great job, I would trust Heather with any of my animals, she's fantastic!”

About: I’ve pet sit for dogs and cats for 3 years now! My friends, family and neighbors can always rely on me to care for their pets! I currently work 2 part time jobs. Wednesday- Friday I work in the mornings from 7am-2pm and Saturday- Tuesday I work 4pm- 11pm. So although I might be very busy I will always make time for your pets! I am able to feed them, bathe them, brush them, take them on walks, let them out for potty breaks and would love to play with them!
