We had the initial conversation in person, she met my cats and even my shy sassy shadow came up to her to say hi. I felt even better afterward. Nicole is amazing! She left detailed updates and took so many photos of my cats during each visit. She even got my shy cat to come out and eat treats, huge bonus!!! Nicole was there to brighten their days.
