“Honestly my dogs loved Leanne as much or more than they love me! When they met her it was like they had met her before. It made me feel so much better to leave them in her care instead of at their usual dog boarding place. 10/10 would recommend her services again! The pictures and updates were so perfect, everything my girls needed and more! Thank you Leanne!”

“Maimee is great, always responsive and self efficient which is very helpful when on work trips when I can’t get to my phone etc.! Our building can be confusing with parking and security but she does great with everything! Pets and all that comes with it! 😄”

“Chris was amazing. Peach is pretty crazy so we know how challenging it can be to take care of her. Chris communicated very well and took great care of our girl. Will definitely be using him in the future!”

“Amanda was a 10/10 Rover! She was our first rover and she was perfect! She was always on time and she played with our dog and sent us great updates and pictures every time! We would recommend Amanda to anyone!”

“Gabreal was absolutely amazing. He watched our dog for almost a week and treated her with such love, kindness and respect. He sent us photos whenever he stopped by and gave us updates on how she was doing. He even dressed her up in her little Holiday sweater for pictures for Christmas for us. Extremely communicative and so helpful. HIGHLY recommend. We will be booking again in the future.”

About: I grew up with dogs and have helped volunteer in shelters as I just love animals! I have experience with all ages and energy levels. 🥰 I currently work in the office part time but still have a lot of flexibility that allows me to spend quality time with your pet and send updates throughout their time away! 🐾 I’m extremely accommodating to whatever the animals/owners are most comfortable with and allowed! I like to ask questions upfront to discuss what their pets day to day looks like so I can replicate and make sure they are safe and well taken care of. 💕
“Stephanie was amazing!!! She kept me updated & took her time with my dog as he is very shy around new people. I like that she is comfortable with giving my boy commands & taking control because he needs that structure on walks.”

“Chloe walked my dog for me and was great so I came back to her when I was out of town with my animals just to water my plants 😂 and she did! I asked her and she did it the next day. So helpful and flexible and nice!!!!”

“Ashley is a delight and so easy to work with. My pups are happy when I get home and it’s been such a help for me to be able to go to work and know they are getting a much needed potty and play break during the day. So grateful to have found Ashley!”

“Thank you Sage! I know it was raining and Jazzy probably didn’t want to go outside.. I appreciate your playing and cuddling with her inside! Thank you for taking care of my dog with care and compassion and love… hope to be able to call on you again.”

“Piper is the best! She took such good care of Honeybun. She was so communicative and adaptable to my changing schedule. Couldn’t recommend more & will definitely be rebooking !!!!”

“Booking Lisa to watch my cat while I was out of town was the best decision I could have made! She went above and beyond every visit, often staying later than the 30 minutes she was required to clean/play with my cat/send me updates- all services that were above and beyond our agreement. I can tell my cat LOVES her because he knows how invested in him she was with her care. Can’t wait to book her again!!”

About: Growing up on a ranch, I have spent my whole like taking care of animals. I’ve fostered all types of dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, etc. Now I have my own pup, a 5 month frenchie named Chip and have loved every minute with him. But I struggled to find care I trusted. I hope to provide the peace of mind, care and love for everyone’s pets so you never have to worry about your bestie being in good hands I currently work part time and have most days to come help, whether it is a quick drop in potty break or a long walk. I have a fenced in courtyard available in my complex where my pup loves to run around and play. Lots of other friendly dogs that have been great for socialization and are now some of my pups best friends.
“Isabel was punctual and communicative before, during, and after her drop in visit with our two dogs. It was evident that they received excellent care. She’s a delight to work with and I cannot recommend her enough!”

“Sophia was a dependable and responsible sitter for our cat Mark! She took loving time with him everyday and sent cute pictures after each visit. We will definitely reach out to her again!”

About: Hello! My name is Lindsey. As a long-time dog sitter, I know that (wo)man's best friend needs someone who is attentive, energetic, and loving to care for them. I can lay on the couch and comfort your pup or get outside and take them for a run, whatever your pup likes to do! I have been dog sitting through Rover for over 7 years in 3 different cities and I absolutely love it! As a young adult, it is difficult to be a primary dog owner. Dog sitting allows me to offer my services when I am available so I can still get my healthy dose of puppy love :) Any questions, please feel free to ask! I have a hybrid work schedule but work mostly remote. When I’m dogsitting I always prioritize time at home. I love to stay active so if your pup is up for it, we can go for long walks, runs, or hikes. I live in a 2nd floor condo so I mostly do housesitting bookings so your pet(s) are comfortable in their own home. I can have smaller dogs at my condo and live a block from some amazing parks and trails!
“Andressa is AMAZING! She is kind and loving to my fur baby! She came for a meet and greet and then the first time she came over without me there she opened the crate and sat on the floor waiting till my fur baby was comfortable coming out to her. She was so patient with him and I greatly appreciated her warmth. Definitely will book again!”

About: I have experience with my own childhood dog, Maisy (she’s on my profile picture!) and have been her primary caregiver everytime my mom has gone on a business trip. I have stayed overnight with a chihuahua for weeks at a time on multiple occasions, have a family friend that i sit for with 2 senior dogs and fish, and have checked in on a sweet calico every summer for the past few years! I have experience with various ages, sizes, and needs- I’ve even watched a gecko! I love animals (more than humans sometimes LOL) and the prospect of getting to make so many new pet friends is so exciting! I am known to be kind, caring, and always on time! I can’t wait to meet your fur baby! I am a college student, so when I’m not in class I’m very flexible. Staying overnight is easy as long as I can be on time to my morning classes :) I am very free on weekends and holiday breaks. I will make sure to ask for all the details required for me to provide the best possible service and comfort for your pet! I am very loving and adore providing belly rubs, playing fetch, and giving all the cuddles! I am also very observant and will notice when your pet needs more water, needs food, or needs to go potty!
Cherokee Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
We could not have asked for a better sitter. Kelly took care of our three senior dogs over Christmas, including one with diabetes and Cushing’s who requires a very strict medication and injection schedule — and she followed it perfectly. She gave twice-daily injections, was incredibly attentive, and kept us consistently updated so we always felt at ease while we were away. She sent daily photos, checked in with any questions, and clearly treated our dogs like her own. Knowing they were in such capable, compassionate hands made our trip completely stress-free. We would absolutely book with Kelly again and recommend her without hesitation.

Phenomenal experience! We’re so grateful we found Stephen to watch our dogs while we were away. He took the time to meet us and the dogs beforehand, sent wonderful updates and photos, and cared for them as if they were his own. Our dogs loved him, and we’d book Stephen again in a heartbeat.

Gabrielle is awesome!!! TLDR: amazing with shy animals, thorough and thoughtful communicator. 10/10 Gabrielle went above and beyond, and was an instant favorite for our super shy cat. We didn’t expect our cat to come out of hiding at all, and Gabrielle had her out and about looking confident and cared for just a couple days in. We left fairly complicated instructions/tips for dealing with our cats, and it’s very clear that she thoughtfully read and absorbed all of them. Her communication was stellar, and I would absolutely book with Gabrielle again!
