About: I am home everyday all day long, have 6 years of fostering experience with a rescue and 16+ years caring for animals. I can take any dog no matter what size! We also have a fenced backyard, so your pup will be safe and happy here! We have 3 dogs (1 is 15, 2 are 5) and they love all dogs and will play and snuggle with their new friend. We have had 27+ fosters meet our dogs and they got along with every single one of them :) We live in Gaffney on 30 acres so small hikes and walks are possible, and we have a fenced yard for routine potty trips. I work from home every day and I have 4 dogs of my own, so your pup will fit in just fine here! We have fostered over 27 dogs over the last 5 years, and our dogs are very well behaved so if yours is very young and needs help potty training, they will learn quickly from my pack! I love the ability to be home everyday in a senior role at work, so I basically do a lot of independent work - which means I can throw the ball in our fenced yard, potty train, snuggle, and ensure your pup has a fantastic time!

I stayed in client’s homes while caring for their pets to avoid loneliness or a change in routine. This consisted of preparing meals, feeding, walking, giving potty breaks, playtime and other enrichment activities, as well as retrieving mail, watering plants, and ensuring the house maintains cleanliness. Oftentimes, clients would ask me to care for other animals in the home, such as geckos, turtles, and fish, which I am more than happy to do! I also offered drop in visits for neighbors’ pets in high school. This consisted of stopping by, preparing food, feeding, offering potty breaks, play time, walks, and litter changes if needed. Since starting Fingers and Paws, my pet care experience has increased exponentially. I have increased my range of services and now offer house sitting, boarding, drop in visits, walks, baths, and play sessions. Pet care is my full time job, though I am a college student! I live in a condo on the ground floor, which means I have a backyard and can easily bring dogs outside for potty breaks or walks. The condo has three bedrooms so if I’m watching multiple pets, that gives them the opportunity for alone time if needed!
