About: Growing up, my parents took my to a farm camp every summer. Being surrounded by animals of all kinds (cats, dogs, horses, cows, goats, etc), ignited my love for animals at a very young age. I love to dog sit and walk dogs whenever my schedule permits. I do have a golden retriever of my own, she is very friendly and would love to go on walks with your furry friend if that is okay with you. I have loved fostering in the past. Fostering has allowed me to get to know many breeds and behaviors of dogs which has made me a proficient dog walker and pet sitter. As a nurse, safety is always my priority. I will always ensure your furry friends are safe and well taken care of. I am currently working 3 12hr shifts a week. I would love to help out whenever I am available on my days off from work! When caring for pets, I ensure to build trust in order to make sure the animals is as comfortable as possible. With this being said, I make sure to take my time during visits and pay attention to how your pet is feeling. I realize all animals are different! Please let me know if your dog or cat has any special needs, their energy level, and if there are any behavioral issues I should be aware of. I of not need to know any of these ahead of time, however, I like to know as much information about your pet as possible so I am able to accommodate them to the best of my ability.

“My dog Taku and I relocated here from Michigan recently. We have no family or friends here in Illinois. I was so stressed and anxious on what I will do with Taku while I’m at work or a long day or long weekend. Taku has separation anxiety where if he’s left alone, he will cry and bark the whole entire time. Then I found Jeena on Rover! She was so accommodating! She allowed Taku and I to come meet her and her cats to see if they all got along, before we booked her for a half day of day care. Taku did really well at her place! He felt comfortable and when I went to pick him up, he was happy and well taken care of. It seemed like he really loved her already and he gave her kisses goodbye! We will definitely be using Jeena again!! We feel so lucky to have found her!!!! Thanks Jeena and Rover!”

About: Growing up on a farm surrounded by a wide range of animals—including five dogs and three cats—caring for animals has been second nature to me from an early age. That hands-on experience taught me not just responsibility, but also how to understand different animal personalities and needs. I currently have a beloved 11-year-old rescue cat who’s been with me for over a decade, and while my current living situation doesn’t allow me to have dogs long-term, I deeply miss the companionship and joy they bring. That’s why I’m eager to offer dog walking and pet sitting services—to continue doing what I love while helping others care for their pets with the same level of attention and heart I’ve always given my own. I am currently working from home so my availability is very flexible and I can accommodate most scheduling needs for you and your fur family. I have a fenced in private back yard for your fur family to come play and run around as needed! They’ll also have the opportunity to go on a walk through tower grove park since I’m only five blocks away.
