We did a meet and greet ahead of the sitting dates, and we could tell from the way he interacted with our dog that he was very comfortable and confident in dealing with large dogs. He took the info we shared about Yogi’s likes/dislikes and applied them immediately, took Yogi out on long walks, gave him time outside on the balcony to people/dog watch lol, etc. Yogi loves being outside and Trevor made sure he got out every day! This is only my second time using Rover due to the fact that I just don't like to leave my dog with anyone but I was in a situation where I needed to find someone while I was in a work trip. I am soo glad that I found Melissa and Jim! They were were very communicative before and during the stay. I got regular updates and photos. My anxiety around leaving my dog with complete strangers quickly subsided when I saw how great they were with their own dogs and the conversation had when I dropped Frankie off. Would 100% recommend them to anyone, especially over protective and neurotic pet parents like me.

Imge was fantastic and helped us in a last minute pinch when our usual dog sitter was unavailable. Extremely prompt in replying, she provided daily updates with pictures and was active with our energetic young Doberman. I highly recommend Imge and look forward to booking her again in the future!
I believe my JJ had a great time with Maria's family. Also, I think JJ made some great memories with Maria's kids, since JJ didn't have much time to hang out with kids before. And I believe Maria was able to focus more on JJ since she only had to take care of one pet at a time. Thanks, Maria~
We were so pleased with our service! Ebonnie kept our dog Foxy and she treated her super special. Our dog doesn't eat when we first drop her off. Ebonnie kept in contact with us regularly providing a status update. I love the Foxy was the only pet she kept, as our dog can be a bit kiddish around other animals. We absolutely loved Ebonnie!!!
