For the young fury friends, I can assist with puppy training while in my care. I work for a general practice veterinary hospital and during my days off I provide dog walking and sitting services. if a dog has to stay over and it lapses with a work day, they get my undivided attention in the morning before work and in the evening when I come back. During the day my wife works from home and provides potty breaks to our fury friends. I provide pets plenty of exercise and attention, we go for walks early morning and evenings. during the day I provide pups with access to the fenced back yard where we play. I have 2 friendly doodles that will keep your pet company and provide playtime and stimulation. For safety pets are crated when bedtime comes and/or when they are not supervised because we have to step out of the house.

About: I grew up in a house where there were always more paw prints than foot prints on the floor. I’ve been raising and caring for dogs since I was able to walk, my parents could never decide if they liked larger or smaller dogs more, so the compromise was to constantly be working with both so I’m experienced living and caring for any shape and size of animal. I also worked for a year at a non profit animal sanctuary that was for rescue animals no matter the species or conditions they were in, I was basically just a helper to keep all the animals happy and healthy. From emus to pot belly pigs to dogs and cats, I have cared for them. With that I have valuable experience in gently and safely caring for animals. Since working at the sanctuary I have also gotten another dog of my own about a year and a half ago, Olive, who is a rescue English bulldog. She came from a less than ideal home but is now surrounded with love and care every day - and I want to be able to give that love and care to any pet that could use the extra away of hands in my area! I do work full time M-F but work remotely 3 days a week which gives me the time and flexibility to care for and provide enrichment into Olive’s daily life to keep her happy and healthy. I have a fenced in large portion of my backyard as well as a large open backyard extending past the fenced in area to take the dogs for a little extra exploring into the woods. I am happy to leash any dog not quite yet ready to roam free in the unfenced area or just throw the ball around in the fenced in portion!
