“Hayley was so easy to work with and took great care of our dog! She provided plenty of updates and pictures throughout the stay! Our dog and hers got along perfectly. We will absolutely be using Hayley's services again in the future!”

“They helped me out TONS by watching my Shih Tzu for about 6 days. I’ve never used Rover before, so I was a little hesitant at first. Everything went smooth and they were flexible on drop off & pickup times since we drove all day. My dog seemed extremely comfortable @ pickup and we got several pics throughout the week! I would definitely book with them again.”

“If I could give 6 stars I would. Daniel and Rachel were so kind and reassured me many times kayla would be just fine. Everytime they sent a photo of her, I had a smile on my face. I thank them so much for being so kind and caring to my fur-baby. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a kind and amazing boarder for their own fur-babies.”

“Kathy was everything we could have hoped for in a dog-sitter - attentive, experienced, patient, reliable. Our pooch has physical disabilities which require additional time and effort. Kathy rose to the occasion with both professional and gentle acumen. Her work as a nurse certainly added to her skills. We wouldn’t hesitate to leave our fur baby with her and to whole-heartedly recommend her to all.”

“Pat and Paul welcomed Rosie into their home as if she was their own. She had loads of good play time and good care overall. Communication was excellent. Definitely recommend!”

“Our 11 month old pup stayed with Brandon this past weekend and he did an amazing job! He sent text/photo updates showing what a great time she was having. Our pup became best buds with his cat, playing and cuddling. You can really tell how much he loves dogs. We highly recommend Brandon!”

“Susan was great and is highly recommended! We have a dog that needs special medical care and it is very hard to find sitters that are willing and able to work with our diabetic pup. Susan and her husband were great and took care of our little guy with great care and love!”

“This was my first time using Rover, although many friends us it or are hosts, and this was all new to my corgi, Paisley. We did a pre-visit to make sure she would fit in with Wendy’s two small dogs and her cat, which was great. She was a little overwhelmed and anxious for the first couple of days without me being there, with 2 more dogs boarding too but Wendy handled it well (lots of communication between us, crating for some downtime) and Paisley settled in.”

“I'm so happy I found Tara and Peter. they have watched Denali before. This most recent was an extend 2 week stay. They updated me with so many pictures. Also cared for some abnormal things they saw in him, that turned out to be nothing. They identified it let me know and we were on the same page. Not having my dog with me is tough but knowing he was cared for, running and playing with his new friends was reassuring. Denali will be back”

“We have a 12 week golden doodle puppy (Oakley) and had to leave him for the first time for a baseball tournament. Oakley had a blast playing with Kelsey’s dog, along with many outdoor adventures. We were nervous leaving him for the first time and she updated us frequently. We will 100% use her services again and highly recommend her!!”

“This was my 1st time boarding my dogs and I couldn’t have been happier with Kyle and his wife. I got daily updates and pictures. I could tell my babies were at ease from the very beginning and I have found my dog sitters!!!!!”

“Samantha was a kind and caring sitter! She sent lots of pictures and kept me updated on how my puppy was doing. She also has 2 small and very well behaved pups and this was great for socialization. Very happy to leave my puppy with Samantha.”

“We are returning customers and when we were planning for an out-of-town trip, there was no question of where to go for boarding for our pup. I was confident that he would be in good hands and enjoying himself in a comfortable and fun atmosphere while we were away. We are very thankful for her great care--thanks again, Katie!!”

“Beth was so kind to keep me informed on how Daisy was doing during her stay. Beth knew I was nervous about leaving my very spoiled doggy and kept me informed daily on how she was doing. I will use Beth again.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
