About: I always loved and cared for dogs as a kid. As an apartment hopping adult I helped to take of the dogs for the rest of the family but could never have one of my own until I met my husband with Charlie in tow. I fell hard for Charlie and he reminded me of the genuine love I had for dogs in childhood. Sadly, we recently lost Charlie. So I have a lot of space and time to care for your pup. I would be excited to have the house full of fun again. I would be happy to take care of your doggo while you go do your thing. I work from home full time. I would be excited to have some company during the day and care for your pup. I’m used to being a “dog butler” throughout the day. I’d be excited to do it for your dog. Our home is in a beautiful wooded area of Dayville. The house is set back off the road. Yard is not fenced. I have lead in the yard for potty breaks. Couch surfing is allowed.

“They were so kind and understanding of our puppy! He fell asleep as soon as we got in the car so I think he had a lot of fun!”

About: I'll be honest, I am doing this because I need extra money. But I want to make extra money spending time with your pets because I love being around animals and I want to spend actual time with them giving them love, exercise, and a good time. I am able to spend actual time with them as I am a teacher and do not work during the summer. Animals deserve to be shown affection as much as possible throughout the day especially when a lot of their time is spent waiting for owners to come home. Don't let your pets wait around for you, give them someone to hangout with in the meantime! I love taking dogs on walks and hikes! I know how important it is for animals to be cared for meaning being fed, bathed, and given a good rubbin. If you have any questions, feel free to ask (: I am a teacher on summer break so I am fully available for your pets! I love to take them for walks and play with them. I care for pets by taking them for walks and to the bathroom based on their schedule at home. I love to play with dogs and give them rubs. I love making new dog friends.

About: As an animal lover and care taker, I've had the privilege of working with a variety of species, from furry friends to feathered and scaly companions. My extensive experience has taught me the importance of attention to detail, patience, and compassion in providing top-notch care. Whether it's administering medication, monitoring health, or simply providing affection and socialization, I've learned that every animal deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. My passion for animals has led me to develop a strong understanding of animal behavior, nutrition, and behavior techniques, allowing me to provide care that meets the unique needs of each furry friend!! I am currently a teacher during the school year and have summers off!☀️ with that being said my schedule is pretty much open and free as I’m home all day! I have a smaller sized yard! I also have my own dog she is 6 months old, her name is Oakley and she loves her furry friends to play with! I also have a cat named blue who is very cuddly and sweet to animals of all kinds!

20. Matt S.
About: Hello! My name is Matthew, and I have been watching/around dogs for over 10 years. Growing up I owned two golden retrievers, Bailey & Toby, and they were my best friends. Currently I live with my girlfriend in Dayville, CT with our amazing 12-year old dog named Star. She is such a loving girl and she is always looking for a friend to have around. We also just added a puppy to the family, Georgie who is 7 months old and an absolute bundle of joy. Right now I am free most of the time, so I am able to assist you whenever needed. I am so excited to have this opportunity and to be able to help people with their situation, and even more excited to be meeting all of your lovely animals. I have a wide knowledge of all breeds, so no matter the size or age I would love to take care of your dog. Have a great day and good luck! I am currently wide open with availability. Early mornings and evenings are preferred for house visits and walks but for overnight stays at my house we are completely open. I have a nice sized backyard for play-time, we live in a quiet family neighborhood so taking a morning or afternoon stroll is always in the cards. I am able to crate your dog if needed as well
