About: Hi, I’m Rubi. If you book with us, both my wife Martha and I will be taking care of your pet. We truly love animals, not just as pets, but as family. Before accepting a new booking, we like to do a meet and greet. This helps make sure your pet feels comfortable with us and also gets along well with our two dogs. It’s important to us that everyone feels safe, calm, and at ease from the beginning. We know how it feels to leave your dog with someone else, because we would only trust people who care for them the same way we do. That’s exactly how we care for every pet that stays with us, like they are our own. We have two dogs at home, Oddie, our 5-year-old Cavapoo, and Toffy, our 15-year-old Bichon Frise and Maltese mix. They’ve taught us patience, attention, and how every dog has their own personality and needs. Your pet will be in a calm, loving home where they are allowed on the couch, can relax, play, and just feel comfortable. We go on walks, spend time with them, and make sure they are never just being watched, they are being truly cared for. I work mornings, and Martha works from home full time, so there is always someone present. Your pet will not be left alone or ignore. We believe in letting dogs be themselves. Every pet adjusts differently to a new environment, and we understand that it can sometimes be a little stressful at first. That’s why we ask about their routines, habits, and preferences, so we can keep things as familiar as possible and reduce that initial stress. Our goal is to make the transition gentle and help them feel safe, understood, and at home. We’ll also send updates and photos, because we know how important that is when you’re away. At the end of the day, we treat your pet the way we would want someone to treat ours, with love, patience, and real attention. I work in the morning at the moment, but Martha works from home full time so she will be available at all times if I am not around. We make sure to understand your pet's routines and habits, as well as any special needs they may have, such as medication or dietary restrictions, and provide plenty of toys and beds for the pets to use.

Samantha was VERY patient with him and for that i am grateful. She sent pictures, a copy of her walking route, and explained potty breaks and feeding.”
About: I've been an animal lover ever since I was a little girl. Animals have always loved me and can feel how much I love them instantly! I've had multiple pets in my life: birds and cats. I've been around dogs a lot and take care of my neighbors big Pitbull mix dog all the time. The size of the animal does not stop me from loving them and giving them the best time with me. I don't just pet the dogs, I actually play with them. Run around, fetch, walk them and making sure they get water during/after playtime. I am currently a stay at home mom with a reliable vehicle. I am available most of the day since my kid is in school. I am even available on most weekends and even week day evenings (after school) if needed! My main goal is to make sure that your pet(s) feel loved and cared for while you are gone! I will make sure they have the best time, feel safe, and comfortable while you are away. About: I've taken care of a Cane Corse mastiff since I was 7, and I've taken care of French bulldogs since I was 7 as well. I can take care of big dogs or small dogs I currently work part time. I'm able to take your pets on walks, make time for playtime, feeding, and pay plenty attention to your pets. I care for your pets by making they feel safe, comfortable and loved while they're loved ones are away, following there normal feeding schedule and bathrooms schedules, especially on walks or runs.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
