About: I am need of full time employment and have been pet sitting for friends and family for over ten years now. I absolutely love dogs and spending time with them because their love is unconditional. I grew up helping take care of my family's dog for about fourteen years and then helped raise a puppy who is turning ten in October. I enjoy being around dogs and playing with them so I feel like this is going to be the right gig for me. I am very positive and outgoing and love spending time outside. I'm currently unemployed and hoping to pick up as many gigs as I can to get a new routine started as I settled in a new location. I adjust based on the animal's needs. Some dogs I've watched have been incredibly more active and needing of attention than others, as well as cats. It's all about hearing what the owner needs for their pets while they're away to ease any anxiety they have of leaving them.

I’m a teacher with extra free time this summer and would love to spend it with your pup! Walking is my favorite stress relief, and since I don’t currently have a dog of my own, I’m looking for some quality dog time. I’m available to walk your dog up to three times a day—or more if you'd like! I can also stay awhile to feed and pet your pup. Your dog will be in caring, dependable hands—and I’ll treat them like family. I try to keep things as normal and comfortable as possible for your pet. I follow your routine—feeding, walks, playtime, whatever they’re used to—so they feel safe and happy. I give lots of love, attention, and belly rubs, and make sure they get the care and company they need while you're away.

Currently, I have a cat and miss having a dog in the home, so I would love nothing more than to make sure your pet has the care and attention you would give him or her yourself. About: I have been around all types of animals and pets my whole life. I don't mind taking care of any type of pet you may have from babys to seniors, cats of all breeds and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I’m also good with taking care of other domestic pets, exotic pets and farm animals. I only work part time so I have a lot of extra time to care for animals and enjoy being outdoors walking, biking and hiking. I can also just enjoy sitting on the porch with a cat in my lap and a dog at my feet. I have a fully fenced in yard for dogs to run and play in. We have a back deck that can be closed off for playtime. Inside we have room for play and crate time if needed. My house is open and available for fur babies to relax, run, play and have pet beds for sunbathing or relaxing.

About: Fourteen years as a Kindergarten teacher and another 8 as an Elementary Art teacher should be a clue as to my patience with Little Ones (puppies) as well as Seniors (in their Golden years) and all the ages in between. I only work full time 6 months, so the other 6 I'm free to do what I love! This allows me to be a full-time pup playmate for your fur baby, not just a side hustle. Your baby is my only focus, as my two "kids" are out of the nest. Unlike the younger Sitters, I have an open schedule and can do long term stays/care if needed. I have FBI G8 Presidential Summit clearance, for peace of mind. I also taught in the Elementary school setting for 20 years. I now teach at an Environmental Education Nature Preserve. I have a Pug mix, so I'm familiar with special diets that are needed for certain breeds and don't mind chopping veggies and fruit and cooking lean meats for their meals. I do this for my pup, and would be happy to offer this service to the discerning canine parents.

About: I have almost two years of professional experience working in a dog daycare/boarding facility, where we managed groups of up to 20 dogs at a time. Additionally, I managed dogs who boarded with us for any amount of time. This experience also includes dogs with special dietary or medicinal needs. This job also trained me in animal behavior, as well as various dog-handling practices according to different breeds, behaviors, energy levels/temperaments, and environments. Furthermore, I have several clients that I worked closely with while I was at school in Brevard, NC. I would be happy to provide references from any of these experiences if requested! I have the same work schedule every week, which is 10 am-4 pm Tuesday-Saturday every week. I will be available for drop-in visits/dog walking, and pet sitting outside of these hours! I will ensure that your pet is well taken care of each visit, including an overall body wellness check, which I am trained to perform from my professional pet care experience. I am also happy to administer any medication if needed, as I have lots of experience with this. I ensure that the pet is content physically and emotionally, so I do not limit my visits based on time; in other words, I understand that pets (moreso dogs than cats) may feel quite stressed when their owners are away, so I love to spend time with them to build a connection and love on them while I am there.

About: Hi!! I’m Sky, an adventure seeker, an outdoors enthusiast and the most passionate dog person this side of the Mississippi 😆 I’m new to the area and settling into my new home. I have the PERFECT set up at home for pets (giant fenced-in yard, access to many hiking trails/dog parks, etc.) More importantly, I am extremely passionate about animals and giving them the love they deserve. I’ve had dogs my entire life and have always been called on to dog sit for family & friends. Your pet will be safe, snuggled, and loved in my care! I typically have 3-4 days off in a row, every week. This makes it easy for me to give your pet the attention he/she deserves. My average work day is 6-8 hours, so if pet setting falls on a work day for me, this is the longest stretch of time your pet would be without care. I have no other pets (yet) 😆. So your dog will get my undivided attention! My home offers a large yard, many dog walking opportunities in the area, pet-friendly furniture, and an indoor camera for the kennel or dog room, so you and I can keep an eye on your dog while I’m away at work!
