This is exactly how to meet an anxious dog! And our Portia responded by walking right up to Deanna and sniffing her. Portia walked with Rick this walkie. But Portia did walk between Deanna and him. She would normally be as far from anyone not us, as she could get! Most excellent! Our Mr. Baloo has never met a stranger and he was happy to make her acquaintance! We have already rebooked! About: Both my wife and I have had pets since we were little. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, and love spending time with them all. I work from home Monday-Friday, and my wife works from home only 3 days a week, allowing a lot of flexibility for potty breaks and play time. We are also home most of the time on weekends. We have a comfortable, fenced in backyard and a cage for inside if needed. We have 2 friendly dogs that have been around plenty of other dogs with no issues, and always love the extra company. Our 2 cats also get along well with dogs, and have always been around them.
About: I've had dogs my entire life! I love dogs and treat them just like family! We also love to take pups on walks and play. I am home for the summer with our daughter. I am able to dog sit during the week, over the weekend, and overnight as well. We have a fenced in yard to keep the dogs safe. We also live in an area that is great for walks multiple times a day.
About: For as long as I can remember, I have always had an animal in my life. I got a puppy at a young age and cared for him up until the day he passed. Since becoming an adult, I adopted a kitten and continue to care for him. He is now 6 and the light of my life! I have an extremely flexible schedule! About: I have taken care of dogs of many different breeds for years! I am experienced in giving medication, enrichment activities, and overall just loving on pups! I work Monday through Friday typically but am able to modify my schedule more at the end of the week! walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
