On a visit to let out my dogs, it was raining and Sabine went out (with no overhead coverage) and coaxed my dogs to go out. I was very grateful she went through that effort since I wasn’t able to return for hours later and felt great knowing if they had to go they would. After she left, I think they waited by the front door hoping she’d come back. Greatly appreciate her!”

About: My Grandmother was a Colorado State award-winning dog trainer and I grew up helping her care for her three Belgian Tervurans. I've owned several dogs throughout my life as well. I have a history of volunteer work at shelters and have cared for a wide range of dogs! I have three kids aged 3, 4, and 7 who have grown up around all types of animals, including dogs of all sizes. Currently, we have two cats, two ferrets, and our new puppy! We are extremely active with our animals and play with them throughout the day! My wife and I both work 35 hours a week on opposite schedules so one of us is always available! We have separate days off so 5 days a week, one of us has the day off. Outside: We have a large fenced in back yard with only one exterior entry point which is double gated. The double gated side yard is where we usually meet the owners when they come for pick up. The double gated entry way provides protection from dogs escaping. We have a large metal container that we use as a water trough that we fill with ice water 3 times a day to keep all dogs well hydrated! We have lots of dog toys for the back yard as well. Inside: Dogs sleep upstairs on the main floor, but during the day, they have full access to the house and back yard. We do not provide kennels but will use one if it is brought and is the owners preference. Dogs eat at the same time we eat. We send LOTS of pictures and updates throughout the day!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have always loved each dog’s unique character. In the last few years I’ve adopted a dog and have spent a lot of time training him to build his confidence, and have really enjoyed the process. I believe we (pet parents) need to learn to speak the dog’s language and I have done that and have shown friends and family how to do that with their own dogs (recently helped my parents train their mini Australian Shepherd puppy). I’ve handled very confident and excitable dogs as well as extremely timid and fearful dogs, each requiring a unique approach that promotes trust and understanding. I’m AVAILABLE: Dog walks and Drop-Ins Mon-Friday 5:30am- 9:30am 6:00pm-9:00pm I’m a family man that works full time. Though my hours are limited, I’m there when your dog NEEDS some extra attention or to give them some exercise before you head into the office. Your dog’s SAFETY is #1. I will protect your dog from harming themselves or others. You deserve to come home to a healthy & happy pet. I will FOLLOW DIRECTIONS given to the letter. You, the owner, know what your dogs needs. I will CLEAN up messes that are found upon arrival.

About: I've dog sat for 4 years now. I worked at a dog daycare for almost a year, dealing with all breeds, ages, shapes and sizes. I currently work as a dog bather, cleaning multiple pups a day. I have experience administering oral medication on dogs as well! I have 2 cats I take care of on my own everyday. When my parents need I take care of their 3 dogs, as well as working with pups everyday at my job! Messes have never been an issue with me, especially since working at a dog daycare. I've had to leash many huge and fast dogs and many old dogs and slow pups. Any medication that is needed I give on time or as accorded to the vet instructions.

Coal really enjoyed having her and the kids over and definitely kept him entertained. After a year it just so happened our battery died on our food dispenser while on the trip and to be safe she hand fed him when she realized food was not dispensing. About: I am good a training dogs simple tricks and I easily connect with dogs and bond with them. I’ve owned dogs my whole life so I know how to care for them. My parents also live with me so there is help if I need it. I take care of my 2 dogs and my 3 ducks every day. I make sure to meet all their needs daily including a lot of roam time to wear down energy and I provide a lot of enrichment activities. I have a fenced in yard and I have two dogs myself and my parents have two dogs to all keep your dog company. I can also crate your dog if needed if provided with a crate.
