“I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet! About: I have been pet sitting since I was 12 years old and have experience with all different types of animals: dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, and small animals like chinchillas, hamsters and birds. In addition to pet sitting, I have a long work history in the vet field working as a veterinary assistant, so I am able to administer medications and work with senior dogs or dogs with disabilities. I also have extensive dog training experience from training pets in basic obedience to task trained service animals. About: I’ve had pets my entire life, so I love to help take care of them and love on them! I’ve also looked after plenty of animals for family and friends when they’re out of town, with one family friend having me come back to dog sit for them for the last three years! Right now, I’m home from college for the summer, and don’t have a job, so my schedule is pretty free unless I have an appointment or other things going on on a certain day! I don’t offer boarding for pets in my own home unfortunately, but for my clients, I will make sure all their needs are met and more, playing with them and making sure they’re doing great before I leave for the day.

About: I’ve lived around dogs and other animals my whole life. I’ve owed many different breeds of dogs. I feel like often my focus is dogs but I love all animals, cats, rabbits you name it. This is extremely Exciting for me because I love animals, I’m that person who is always wanting to take in that wondering stray. My family bred cocker spaniels when I was a child so that meant cleaning crates, bathing, basic grooming (cutting hair, brushing, trimming nails) I know some training like crate training house training, basic commands such as sit, stay, lay down, come when called, and wait for food. I can work with all breeds and know quite a bit about all dog breeds and backgrounds. I’m currently self-employed and have plenty of time on my hands. My mornings make up most of my free time, so mornings work best for me. Currently I have two dogs of my own that run on a time based schedule that includes routine feeding, bathroom break, play, quiet time, and one daily chewy treat. About: My Luna is my world, and I tend to get super anxious when I have to leave her. I know how it feels to have someone you can trust take care of your pup when you are gone at work, or traveling on vacation - not having to worry about them every waking second is priceless. That’s why I decided to start dog sitting - I want you to be able to leave your fur baby with me and fully focus on whatever it is you’re doing with decreased worry and anxiety. I have been around dogs since before I could walk, and to this day I cannot get enough of doggy hugs and kisses! I have helped train and take care of family and friends’ dogs since I was a teenager and have recently become well versed in the art of training puppies since adopting my Luna in 2020. About: Hi! I’m Alison, but most people call me Alie. I’ve grown up around pets my whole life—everything from hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits to cats, geckos, and of course dogs of all sizes. I’ve raised dogs from puppies all the way through their senior years, and I’ve also adopted shelter dogs. My early experience comes from helping at the animal hospital where my mom worked, and that taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, and compassion in caring for animals. I’m 40, have a degree in Elementary Education, and work full time. Outside of work, I spend most of my free time with my own dog, Sammy. We go hiking, kayaking, walking in the woods, and even out on the river together—he’s truly part of the family. That same love and dedication is what I bring to caring for your pets. ⸻ My Care Style • I treat pets like family, making sure they get plenty of love, attention, and activity. • I follow your pet’s routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. • Walks, playtime, and enrichment are always part of the day. • I can take pets on fun outings like park walks, trips to Lowe’s/Home Depot, or pet stores if requested. • Safety is a top priority—I drive a mid-sized SUV with a hammock in the back seat to protect pets during travel. ⸻ Availability • I work on Ft.Knox, I can walk and/or do check-ins on weekdays if you live on post (weekends also of course) • I live in Elizabethtown, I can assist in the surrounding areas before or after work hours, on my way to and from work • Weekends not limited and can accommodate anything including house sitting. ⸻ Helpful Info I’d Like to Know To provide the best care, I ask pet parents to share: • Any food or toy aggression triggers • If your pet dislikes being touched in certain areas • How they behave with kids, loud noises, or other pets • Whether they’re comfortable in new environments or around stairs • Any allergies, health issues, or special routines The more I know, the better I can make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. My daily schedule is basically built around my two dogs, and caring for them isn’t something I would consider as “fitting-in”, they are my routine. My friend tells me that I have an “unnecessary amount of empathy” for my dogs. I don’t care for my dog, or any pet, like normal people do. I treat animals as my kids and love to see them happy, healthy, and in a good home ( mine has the tv on when I go to work). If I’m caring for another’s pet, Sammy usually goes to his grandmas so your pet can have my full attention. If I am caring for a pet in a clients home, I’m flexible and will accommodate the pets usual schedule, plus anything extra such as taking them to the park, to Lowe’s or Home Depot to walk around, or a pet store. I have a mid sized SUV and I use a hammock in my back seat to prevent injuries in the event of any accidents.
About: I have owned dogs throughout my entire life, and I have about 5 years of experience pet-sitting during college. Currently, I am a special education teacher who has some extra time and love to give to local pets during the summer. I have three dogs and a hedgehog, who are all very spoiled! During the summer, I am flexible when it comes to scheduling check-ins, walks, and overnight pet-sitting. About: I’ve had pets my entire life, so I love to help take care of them and love on them! I’ve also looked after plenty of animals for family and friends when they’re out of town, with one family friend having me come back to dog sit for them for the last three years! Right now, I’m home from college for the summer, and don’t have a job, so my schedule is pretty free unless I have an appointment or other things going on on a certain day! I don’t offer boarding for pets in my own home unfortunately, but for my clients, I will make sure all their needs are met and more, playing with them and making sure they’re doing great before I leave for the day.

About: Animals have a special part in my life. I have always loved and taken care of animals since I was little. I am a very flexible person and I will always change my schedule to meet yours. I also have 3 dogs and a cat in my house. I am a college student and stay at home of 3 kids. I’m a stay at home mom so I am always home unless I have appointments to go to. My kids love animals, and will try to be as helpful as possible. I do not have a fenced in yard but I can take your pets out on a leash if needed. I can crate your dog or leave them out, whatever you prefer.

“I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet! About: I have been pet sitting since I was 12 years old and have experience with all different types of animals: dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, and small animals like chinchillas, hamsters and birds. In addition to pet sitting, I have a long work history in the vet field working as a veterinary assistant, so I am able to administer medications and work with senior dogs or dogs with disabilities. I also have extensive dog training experience from training pets in basic obedience to task trained service animals. I absolutely love animals, and love helping other families with their amazing pets. Dog training and boarding are my full time jobs, so I am always around to ensure your pets have the absolute best care. Meaning lots of play time, time outside, and tons of cuddles. I myself have four very well behaved and friendly dogs at home, one being my medical alert service dog. I also have a dog room set up specifically for pups, where they can play or take a nap on huge dog bed. Ruffland Kennels are available for crating as well if your pet is crate trained. While our yard is not fenced, Dogs are always leashed or on a long line and supervised while outside. I also have a slat mill and dog pacer treadmill to provide plenty of exercise during inclement weather. I can also provide plenty of enrichment via puzzle toys, lick mats and kongs which is important for mental stimulation.

About: Hello. My name is Hailey. I just graduated basic and AIT as a Combat Medic and will be staying in the area until I go to college late May. I am home all day everyday. I love animals and am willing to doggy/cat sit anytime any day. I have 3 dogs myself and love cats. I am patient and I have no trouble with bigger dogs and will provide service to the best of my abilities. I can also baby sit if needed. I currently unemployed as I will be leaving for college in late May. I am available all day everyday and can stop by at anytime to feed, potty break, or walk dogs and cats alike. I will not be able to house animals in my own home because it is my parents house. I am more than willing to doggy sit in my clients home and/or walk them around their neighborhood. Over the years ive pet sat for friends and friends of friends. I have great references and I am happy to share them. I can take up to 2 dogs in my home. I travel and do pet sit at a few local places regularly. All I ask for is directions if needed for specific animals(meds behavior etc) and emergency phone # for vet please!
