I'm a stay at home mom for three kiddos, so my flexible schedule allows me to meet your pet's needs, whether through drop in visits or daily walks. I stay very aware and safe on walks and hikes with your pup to make it an enjoyable experience for both of us! I always keep water in hand, just in case, and can offer treats, if preferred. About: I’ve spent more than 20 years caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’m comfortable caring for senior and special-needs pets, administering oral and injected medications, and keeping up with high-energy dogs who need plenty of exercise and play. I follow each pet’s normal routine closely and treat them like I would my own, with lots of attention, affection, and regular photo updates while you’re away. I currently work part time in customer service, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet sitting. I’m happy to spend time playing, giving affection, keeping pets company, maintaining their normal routines, and making sure they receive plenty of attention while their family is away. For me, pet sitting is much more than simply stopping by to feed an animal. About: I’d say what really sets me apart is how much I genuinely care about the pets I’m watching. I don’t just “check in” on them I try to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away. I take time to learn their personality, routines, and little habits so I can care for them in a way that feels familiar to them. I have experience with both young and senior pets. With puppies, I’m patient and consistent with things like potty training, basic commands, and building good habits. With older pets, I understand they may need a slower pace, extra attention, or help with things like medication and sticking to a routine. I’m also big on communication I like to send updates and pictures so you know your pet is doing well. Overall, I just treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure they feel as happy and stress free as possible. About: I have four pets of my own, three dogs and one cat! I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15, from dog sitting overnight or just during the day. My parents coworkers always relied on me to stay with their dogs, feed them, and play with them. I have time available during the week and weekend to do what I enjoy doing, and that is taking care of animals. I love being energetic and provide the care animals need. I have a huge backyard to keep my dogs entertained. I also have plenty of toys my dogs don’t use because they are extremely picky. I follow the specific directions my clients direct me to. It varies between each client but I feed them as many times they tell me, make sure they have their certain blanket next to them when they sleep. Leave the light on because they are scared of the dark. Give them certain treats after they use the bathroom or do tricks. Take them on a walk with the correct harnesses, clean up after them etc.

About: I’ve volunteered at the shelters for several years. I participated in their cruising canines program that had me take a shelter pup out weekly for a few hours to burn energy. This includes going for walks, swimming, going to get a puppacino or just cruising in the car and wind surfing! I’ve taken all dog sizes and am physically fit enough to take on larger dogs. I’ve had animals of my own since I was 7 years old. This included ducks, pigs, dogs, cats and geese! I currently have 3 dogs of my own. I love any chance to meet new animals! I live a very active lifestyle and fitness is a huge part of my daily routine. I have 4 dogs of my own and understand how a pet is more than just a pet, they are a family member! I have handled dogs that are aggressive towards other dogs so I know what to do in situations like that. I have also taken care of days old kittens and I understand how to care and provide for young animals. I am self employed and my schooling is online so I have no scheduling conflicts. I am available at any time of any day really. I am able to take care of your pet however you need me to. I have taken care of pets who needed a lot of supervision and pets that needed very little. I love going on walks with them and I will take them to parks or things like that if that’s something you would like! I am currently self employed so I can work around any schedule. When I do house sitting, I usually do my work during the day and take as many breaks as needed to stop by the house and take care of the pets, and then I spend the night time spending more time with them. I also have experience with aggressive pets and I know how to handle myself in difficult situations. I feel like this is especially important for dogs that require walks because I am extra aware of other dogs in the area and I am more attentive to make sure there aren’t any quarrels.

I think it’s very important for dogs to get as much exercise as possible/needed. I am comfortable using crates, or whatever method you and your dogs are comfortable. If you and your dog have used shock collars or electric fences I am confident in using both of those methods.

When I could not locate a proper groomer for my shihtzu, I learned how cut my dog’s hair and clip his nails. When I owned cats, I did extensive research on diet to ensure they had all the nutrition they needed.
