She took great care of her, sending us pictures and updates throughout the day, and was very flexible about timing when we asked to pick her up a little later than planned. She was friendly, her house was a clean and comfortable environment for our dog, and her dog was friendly and got along with ours. All in all we would go back again and we highly recommend!”

About: From the rowdiest dogs to the most skittish cats, I strive to gain the trust of your fur babies and go beyond just looking after them. I started this business because animals have always had a soft spot in my heart, and I'm the first person to look for pets at any house party! I have always been an animal lover, and pursuing Rover all began when I wanted to do something more than walking shelter pups from my local rescue or fostering kittens and now I aim to provide pet care in your time of need! I document my favorite moments with animals on my Instagram @k9oasis. I'm looking forward to meeting your furry friends! With love, Victoria 💕 As a local college student, I am available to look after your lovely fur buddy when not in class. Over breaks, I am home full-time and provide boarding and in-house pet care. Based on each pet, I will personalize and create a plan in advance that works best for their needs! 🐾 EXAMPLE 1: A high-energy puppy would have a schedule for multiple potty breaks, walks, and options for trails/hiking routes throughout the day and a feeding/training plan. EXAMPLE 2: A senior dog might prefer a more calm environment, with enrichment from a puzzle toy rather than a long walk. EXAMPLE 3: A reactive dog could use some familiarization and a step-by-step process of earning trust before routine visits/taking care of them.
12. Lori B.
“Lori is the best. Her own dogs are so sweet and happy and Lori is so caring. My dog slept so well after being there. And she was so excited the next day when I dropped her off. Kajsa loves it there.”
13. Taylor F.
About: I have grown up around and cared for dogs, cats and horses since I was a child and have experience with a variety of pet’s needs and temperaments (senior, high-energy, anxious etc.) I aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment for pets to have a home away from home. All pets are given their own space to settle in at their leisure and a little positive reinforcement training is provided to ensure harmony for all. I love my clients’ pets as if they are my own and fully enjoy attuning to their unique needs. Though it’s impossible to replace the bond they have with their owner, I’d want for them to feel safe and confident as if they are in their own home. If you’re looking for a consistent and reliable caretaker for your pet, I recommend first time visits to be a couple days to establish a bond and familiarity for them. This ensures that when they return, they are more likely to have a positive experience free of worry and anxiety associated with separation from their beloved owners. I work from home and my schedule is flexible which makes it easy to take frequent breaks for walks. My home is quite large providing each pet with ample space to lounge. If need be, areas can be blocked off to give a pet more privacy. I walk my own dogs a minimum of 5 times per day and while most walks are relatively short, I make time for at least one good hour long walk per day. Pets are free to roam indoors as they please if that’s what they are used to. Puppies are kept close by so they can be watched for their safety. I prefer to crate dogs if they're left in my home unattended when I need to step out for a moment. I'd also refrain from leaving a puppy or dog unattended unless the owner has stated they are able to handle being alone. I favor long walks in nature whenever possible for exercising dogs.
14. Thomas N.
“I met Thomas first at the dog park and then found him on rover when we needed someone to watch our dog at the last minute. Came back to a well exercised, happy dog. Our dog and his dog got along great and Thomas sent us some videos during the day of them playing. So happy to have found Thomas as a person I can trust with our dog!”
15. Jennifer J.
“Jennifer provided excellent care for my dog, Kodak. She provided updates throughout the day. It was a wonderful first stay.”
16. Simon L.
“Simon When I was undergoing cancer treatment. Simon took care of my little Doxie who is paralyzed— he helped me with this for several months. Without his assistance I would have not gotten through treatment and able to keep her. He was a lifesaver!!!”
17. Alexa S.
“Alexa is a very attentive and loving person. Took great care of my puppy.”
18. Sophie H.
“Our dog JB was all smiles when we picked him up from daycare with Sophie. She was also flexible with our changes in plans, which was very appreciated.”
19. Lindsey J.
“She did great with our puppy! Ahsoka had a wonderful time on their walk, playing in the yard, kiddie pool, and with her pups. She was exhausted when we picked her up, exactly what you hope for. We were there only for the weekend, so it was hard leaving our pup with a stranger but she gave us confidence from the beginning to the end! And the picture and video updates were awesome! Highly recommend!”
20. Patrick G.
“Patrick was a wonderful dog sitter! Super responsive and our puppy had a great time.”
