“I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for dog day care or boarding She communicates well and goes the extra mile to make your pet feel comfortable and happy Not only did Buddy have a Christmas themed neck scarf but also a Christmas toy! She clearly loves dogs and is proficient and skilled in all aspects of their care We had total peace of mind while we were away and she sent us some beautiful pictures of Buddy!”

“What an unbelievable find! I’m so happy to have come across Richmond on Rover! My Greater Swiss and Wheaton Terrier had so much fun. Richmond was awesome to work with, has an amazing dog friendly property filled with plenty of space to play, and he’d share pictures often of how the dogs were doing. The dogs slept for hours after getting home they were so tired from playing! We’re excited to have Molly & Nelly stay with Richmond again in the future. Thanks!!”

“We left our pup with Deanne for a 7 day trip and she was incredible. It was all positive vibes from our first meeting onward. Our dog was clearly comfy, wonderfully cared for, and loved! Deanne will be our first call for future trips!”

“My 3-year-old pit/lab full of energy did really well staying with Lauren. Lots of room to run around. I'll definitely bring him back if I need to go away again overnight. Thank you!”

“Jane is an amazing pet sitter. I highly recommend her. She took care of Metuka like she was her own , even letting Metuka sleep on her like she does on me. She is warm, friendly and an amazing kindhearted person, open, friendly to all. I highly recommend her!”

“Candice was so nice and was easy to coordinate with. Her space was perfect for my dog and a plus that she let him on the furniture as he loves to chill out on the couch and bed. My dog seems to have a great time and I’m so thankful to have someone nearby.”

“Cipriana took excellent care of Dickie. I could feel that he connected with her right away. We had a health concern emerge during his stay, and Cipriana handled everything, including communication, very well. I would like to book with her again.”

“Gabriel and Annie were wonderful hosts and caretakers for our two pups. Our Australian Cattle Dog and Aussie mix are a handful—energetic, high maintenance, and demanding, with daily exercise/stimulation requirements that can be somewhat daunting. But Gabriel and Annie handled the dogs' every need for a week-long stay. They integrated our dogs into their pack and ensured a safe and playful environment for everyone. And they sent regular updates with cute photos to show us how things were going, putting our minds at ease. Recommended!”

“Taylor was SO loving with our dogs, so wonderful to interact with, and fed our dogs some of the fancy raw diet food her dogs have. It was a holiday treat for our pups!”

“I felt very comfortable leaving my pup with Mary and Todd. They have a lovely home and included my dog in all of their activities: walking, running, and much more. They also kept me up to date with pics and anecdotes. I would highly recommend Mary and Todd to anyone!”

“Nicole is amazing! She's accommodating, responds quickly, loves my dog and genuinely takes care of him showing love and TLC! She has a stunning outdoor set-up for furry friends and could not be lovelier. I will continue to request her services before looking for anyone else! I highly recommend her!”

About: I have over 5 years of professional experience owning and operating a dog care company, where I provide dependable, hands-on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes. I currently own and train dogs, including service dogs and dogs working toward their Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certification, which has given me extensive experience with daily routines, consistency, and individualized care. In addition to my professional work, I’ve also worked with foster dogs, helping provide stable, attentive care as they transition into new homes. This experience has made me patient, reliable, and comfortable caring for dogs with a wide range of backgrounds. Beyond my professional experience, I have over 30 years of owning, caring for, and loving my own animals and those of friends and family. Animals have always been a central part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I prioritize safety, reliability, and clear communication. I follow owner instructions closely, maintain consistent schedules, and make sure every pet feels secure and well cared for. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or extended care, I treat every animal as if they were my own. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s what I’ve built my life around. My goal is always to give pet parents peace of mind and provide loving, dependable care. My schedule is very flexible, as I’m a salaried employee, which allows me to adjust my availability around the needs of the pets in my care. I’m able to accommodate a variety of schedules, including daytime visits, extended stays, and last-minute requests when possible. This flexibility helps me provide consistent, attentive care without rushing, and ensures pets receive the time and attention they deserve. Safety, trust, and comfort are my top priorities. Pets in my care are welcomed into my home and treated as part of the household, with the freedom to relax and roam as if it were their own home. I maintain a clean, calm, and pet-friendly environment and closely follow any care instructions provided. My goal is to create a secure, stress-free space where pets feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease while their owners are away.
“Nicole was absolutely wonderful with my dog! She sent pictures and daily check-ins about how she was doing. She also made sure my dog was ok after she was showing signs of a tiny issue with her tail and made sure to keep me updated about it. Nicole and her family were great with my dog, who is energy and very clumsy. She was very clearly well loved and cared for while I was away, I felt so relieved knowing my dog was in such good hands. I will definitely contact Nicole for future stays!”

“Victoria was more than could be hoped for. she watched our two extremely energetic terriers for 8 days while we were on vacation. One is a rescue and always has a tough time with new people. Victoria was so understanding and capable that I didn't have to worry at all. She also was very flexible. She will always be our first call when we go away. ”

About: Meghan is a Biology teacher, and Sean is a farmer. We are parents to 3 (plus our dog Ruby). We adore our fox red lab Ruby. She spends lots of time running around the apple orchards that Sean manages and comes home to lots of love and attention. We love her lots and would be so happy to love your pets as well! In addition to our experience caring for dogs, we can also add turtle, rabbit, and even squirrel experience to the list! Meghan has a class pet named Frank. He is a red-foot sideneck turtle. He was a gift from a student and is very loved. Meghan rescued an abandoned baby squirrel last year (Timothy) and nursed him back to health before giving him to a renowned rehabilitation center for a slow and safe release back into the wild. He is very missed. We would love the opportunity to care for and to love your pets. Their comfort and happiness, as well as your peace-of-mind, is our biggest priority. You can be sure that your fur baby will have a clean, comfortable, very safe, and very loving experience and environment in our home. Week days: Meghan is a full-time biology teacher at a local public school. She gets home on average at 3:30 each day and is home from that time throughout the entire night for overnight pet care. Sean is a local, dog-loving farmer and works exactly 5 minutes from our home. He brings our dog, Ruby, to work with him in the orchards and stops by our home multiple times throughout the day to give her breaks, etc. He would be the one responsible for pet car while Meghan is at work during the week. The winter is his slow season at the farm, and he could be present at home all day long when necessary. Weekends: We are available all day and night. School breaks and recesses: During school holidays and recesses, we are available for pet care 24/7. We have access to hundreds of acres of apple orchards, where we run our dog Ruby daily, in addition to our yard at home. Our home is very clean, safe, and comfortable, and we have a lot of open space for pets. I can easily crate your dog if needed. We are very attentive to the needs of our pets, and your fur baby would be treated no differently. We do have 3 children at home (9, 4, and 7 months old), so it is important that we take in pets who are good with children.
“Amanda watched our 2 year old Shepherd mix, Sid, one night when we needed a calm dinner out, and we couldn't have made a better decision. Her fenced in yard was a dream for our dog, and she was super accommodating and responsive with our day of request and quick meet and greet. She sent us plenty of pictures of Sid smiling and romping around, we will definitely be booking with Amanda again!”

“Janice is a reliable dog sitter. She has watched our dog Scout over two holidays now, and we have no complaints. She follows our preferences and is flexible with her schedule. I would definitely recommend her for others.”
