“Dian was a kind nice lady. Didn't fuss with our plans changing due to weather, and allowed us to have fun later into the early evening to watch our doggie without any fears.”

“Suzanne was wonderful with Cooper and Burfee. She was communicative and understanding. Our plans got delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, but she always helped us out. Would recommend 10/10”

“My partner and I are homebodies and rarely separated from our two wonderful aging Labradors but had a short notice occasion that couldn't include our dogs. Since our dogs are usually with us 24/7, we do not have an emergency backup. Our vet suggested Rover.com and Cindy came to our rescue. We had a "meet and greet" the same day as my initial contact and Cindy was agreeable to a day care service on a day she usually isn't available. She was personable, demonstrated a kind interest in our pups, and they were safe and happy when we returned. I was very pleased to learn of this service and would not hesitate to use Cindy again! What a relief!”

About: My daughter recently went off to college in another state and I need something to keep me sane. Spending some time with your little ones is just the ticket. I run 3-4 days a week and walk a lot the other days. I have a very friendly and high energy Weimaraner, who loves to play with other dogs and kids. My husband is the best frisbee thrower in the world. I work from home, so frequent attention is not a problem. Excessive barking would need to be managed, but not a deal breaker. I love animals and have a mild allergy to cats so I don't bring them to my home but I can be around them as long as I take my Claritin. I also have a turtle, and have had birds in the past, so extra friends are doable as well. I work from home in a non-call center role. I have ample time for potty breaks and play time. I do like to prioritize exercise in the morning and at lunch so that I get good naps while I work. My office has a huge futon and dog bed that allow for me to be with them all day. My dog is perimeter trained in our yard, but we also have a 50 ft cable for those not able to be outside without wandering. We have easy furniture and our house has been lived in by many dogs and children.

“Pippin did so well there! They were amazing with him and took such great care and updated me with little things to reassure me on how he was doing! Great people! Would use them again for sure!”

“Ruth is a wonderful , caring dog sitter. If I can recommend her to anyone it would be my pleasure. She walked Dottie , took her for a car ride and was very entertaining to my baby. Ruth is the best rover sitter I have used out of the 6 previous sitters. Thank you Ruth for a day caring for my dog.”

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember—most of them high-energy Beagles—so I know firsthand how much love, patience, and consistency pets need. What sets me apart is not just my experience, but my genuine connection with animals and understanding of their unique personalities and needs. I’ve cared for everything from playful puppies to senior dogs needing medication and a gentler routine. I’m confident with leash training, reinforcing basic commands, administering meds, and offering plenty of structured playtime and affection. Whether your pet needs a jogging buddy, a calm companion, or someone to stick to their routine like clockwork, I’m here to help them feel safe, loved, and right at home! My primary job is remote, which allows me the flexibility to work from anywhere. However, I do currently work part-time on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I am typically home by 1:00 PM. In addition, my weekends are completely open and available. I live in a peaceful, low-traffic area with over 20 acres of walking paths and wooded trails—perfect for outdoor exercise and exploration. I also have a wraparound porch with multiple leads for safe and relaxed outdoor time. I have two friendly, playful female dogs of my own, and I’m experienced in managing multi-dog environments. If needed, I’m fully capable of crating or separating pets to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. I’m committed to providing attentive, personalized care and any support your friend may need to feel right at home!

I have 3 teenage sons and a tween daughter who are also animal lovers. I have a fenced backyard if needed and I can also help at the client's home. I follow instructions well and can offer your pet safety and love on their terms.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs all my life, and currently only have cats but would love some dogs in my life, even just to walk or board :) I walked many dogs and developed close relationships with them at the Licking County Humane Society for four years, and currently dogsit, walk, and take care of my friends’ dogs. I’ve been caring for dogs on Rover for over a year. My schedule differs a bit each week with work. I have a mix of weekday and weekend availabilities, and can work around your schedule most of the time! When boarding, I always do a morning, midday and nightly walk unless you’d prefer otherwise. I live in a 3 bedroom house alone right along the lake with an unfenced yard. The street is very quiet and there’s lots of room in general for your pet to make themselves at home!

There safety & happiness are my top priority , and would treat ur animals the same.
