“Best decision we ever made! Our family was in town for a baseball tournament and Danielle was so helpful and convenient. We didn’t worry about the dogs once. Her whole family was so helpful and pet lovers. Bear and Honey loved her house. It was nice that we didn’t have to keep them in the hotel all day.”

“The most loving person I have ever known with pets. She gives her pets the best care and treats neighbor pets the same. She looks after stray cats and even takes them to the vets if they need care, at her own expense. She feeds them the best foods for their health. I can't say enough good things about Sharon and her love for animals.”

6. Sarah S.
About: Hi, I’m Sarah! Nice to meet you (and your fur babies)! A little background info on me: I've grown up with animals of all kinds, from dogs and cats to horses, rabbits, and peacocks and have loved to care for them. Although my background is with a variety of animals, dogs are my specialty! 🐾💜 I treat each and every pet like they’re my own and make sure they’re well taken care for, whether that means walking, play-time, feeding, enrichment, etc. I'm a current pet owner of three sweet dogs and one purr-fect cat. I volunteer each week at my local animal shelter (shoutout CCAS 🙌🏼) and have the experience needed for any specific breed. I've fostered puppies and senior dogs until I myself became a foster fail (we adopted our foster)! I work a flexible, hybrid-remote schedule so I can be flexible with days/hours if I have enough notice to care for your fur babies! Recurring services during the week will be on a case by case basis. Short notice is possible, but I prefer at least a few days notice in advance :) We have a fenced in back yard that we’ll use for potty time and zoomies! We have plenty of toys and bowls available- just bring anything else your pet would need!
7. Bridget D.
“Bridget was great with my pup. I had a very last minute appointment in Norwalk and was in a jam to get a sitter for Tofu. I wasn't sure what time I would arrive ( I was driving from DC ) , no idea low long the meeting would take.. Not a problem for Bridget. I am a firm believer in effective communication, and that is exactly what I got! In addition Tofu got to play with her sweet pups, and I got some pictures that made me smile, when I certainly needed it !”
8. Carley W.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life. I have experience with dogs, cats and exotic pets. I have worked in animal shelters for over 3 years and have fostered for several years. I have lots of experience with medically complex animals and those who are reactive or have aggressions and i am able to work around those and keep those pets safe for you while you are away, i know boarding facilities can be really hard and stressful on those who are fearful or can’t be around other dogs/cats, I’d love to make those pets feel as at home as possible and with the least amount of stress. I do have two young children under the age of two so all dogs must be good with kids! We have 1 cat but he can be separated if needed and I can provide cats we are sitting with their own space away from everyone if needed. I’m currently home 24/7 and have plenty of time to exercise, care for and love your pets! All animals will be treated like my own. We have a fenced in yard and plenty of time to do all your fur babies favorite activities! I promise to help them have the best time they can while you are away.

14. Olivia S.
“Olivia would definitely take great, safe, and loving care of any animal she would be responsible for taking care of. Her personality is amazing when working with others and walking other dogs. She has always taken great care of our 2 French bulldogs and making sure they always get enough exercise and outside time.”

16. Jasmine A.
About: Hi, I’m Jasmine! I have volunteered at my local animal shelter for 8 years. Due to this, I have lots of experience with animals who take a little time to warm up! I have worked at an animal clinic for the past 7 years. I can give insulin injections, nail trims, baths, and medications (even to the stubborn ones). I have three very spoiled dogs of my own. I am currently in college and hoping to become a veterinarian. I absolutely love animals and would treat yours like my own! I am currently working part-time so I'll have plenty of time to spend with your animals! I also have free weekends and could stay with your pets, if needed! Your pets will be kept on your schedule, if desired. They will get plenty of walk or playtime while you're away. I follow instructions carefully based on how you want things to be done with them!

19. Morgan U.
About: Hello! My name is Morgan. Thank you for reviewing my profile! I am college student at BGSU majoring in criminal justice. I have lived with and taken care of animals my entire life. I have three cats and two ducks that live with me. I look after my mother’s dogs often as she travels out of town for work frequently. I started volunteering as a dog washer and bather as well as a “cat cuddler” at the Sandusky county humane society when I was 14. I joined Rover solely for the enjoyment of it after seeing an advertisement for becoming a dog walker. Since then I’ve taken care of many special animals! Dogs, cats, and even chickens! I drive a SUV, so I’m fully equipped to transport animals if needed. I am always willing to negotiate prices, especially for longer bookings. I also always recommend meet and greets before booking, it is the best way to get you, your pet(s), and I comfortable with each other. Thank you!
20. Kora M.
About: Hello! I have experience in dog sitting, walking, boarding, and drop-in visits. I also was a cat sitter for a family with 6 Maine Coons! I have a full time employment not related to pets, but I find myself caring for animals so often that I thought I'd make a profile here. I currently have two dogs and one cat. I am reliable, a non-smoker, and will care for your pet as if it were one of my own. I am available to provide pet care anytime Sunday or Monday, and daytime hours (until 3pm) Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Fridays I am available in the morning and evening. Saturdays I am available after 4pm. My schedule is difficult, but I think I could be a good fit for a first shifter looking for someone to care for their pet while they're away! I am able to come to your pet, go for walks in your neighborhood, transport your pet to a more suitable area for walks, or bring your pups to our house with a fenced in yard. I also love watching cats and can drop in for play-time or to provide care. I take time with each animal to get to know them and build trust before engaging in a walk or other activity.
