“Zach was great! He attended to every detail that we discussed. Our two cats were very happy, I could tell by all of the pictures that he sent. One of our cats is very shy and I told him that he may not see her. I was wrong. He sent us two pictures of her poking her head out and the third picture was her enjoying some pets and scratches. Our other cat had a great time playing and also getting pets and scratches. I’m a happy kitty mom! We will definitely book with Zach again😊”

About: I have taken care of neighbors, friends, and family’s pets! I have worked in a boarding facility for 1 year and absolutely love all furry friends! I’m currently working part time, so I have extensive availability to play with your pups! I do have trips but I am generally always in the area! Managing that many pets is no small task, but Jessica handled everything with such calm, capable care. She communicated well with us and with our fur babies. We got regular updates, pet photos, and messages from Jessica that put us completely at ease while we were away. All of the animals were relaxed, happy, and clearly well-loved when we returned home. I have an extremely flexible schedule to ensure your pup gets the care and attention they need, all on 1 acre for them to enjoy. I work from home, so your dog will never be left alone for long periods of time. I live on one acre with plenty of space to run, roam, and sniff. I can tailor care in my home to your pup's needs, whether it's crate or baby gates to keep them safe. If I'm sitting in your home, I'll always follow your guidance and instructions.
“Heather took exceptional care of our cat while we were on vacation for 2 weeks! She came every other day to replenish food/water, clean out the litter box, and replace towels on the floor since our cat is now peeing on the carpet. (She even did a laundry load of towels-going above and beyond!) She stayed at least 30 minutes and sent me several pictures each visit. About: I have had dogs my whole life along with reptiles I also worked as a dog bather and take care of my family and friends pets when they go on vacation I am currently in school looking for a part time job I have 3 dogs of my own but would love to meet and play with other pups I have a small fenced yard where my pups go potty but I like to take them to the park to run and take my puppy on walks to keep up his training

This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
