“Ann was amazing. Her communication gave me peace of mind that all was ok while we were on vacation. Definitely will reach out to Ann for any future dog sitting needs!”

“Sandy took really good care of my cats and did additional things that like cleaning up cat throw up and vacuuming. Her communication with me about what was going on with my cats was outstanding and sent me many pictures so I could see them.”

“We are very thankful to Michael for taking care of our not 1, not 2, but 5 pups!!! 3 of the 5 are complete wildlings but he patiently handled them with grace. He is very easy to work with in scheduling. Michael even showed up for a meet & greet and spent quite a while learning the most he could about our babies so he would be prepared to take care of them when needed. We look forward to building the relationship & being able to count on him to help us when we have plans that cause us to be away from them. Thank you Michael!!!”

“Maegan did an excellent job caring for our six cats while we were away. She was professional, communicative, and very attentive throughout the entire trip. Most of our cats are shy with new people and spent a lot of time hiding at first, but she was patient and gentle with them, and after a few days several of them began warming up to her. She also spent extra time with them whenever she could, which we really appreciated. She kept us well informed during every visit and was very responsive when a couple unexpected concerns came up while we were away, including checking on the house during a power outage and helping with an issue involving our lamp timers. We sincerely appreciated her willingness to work with a multi-cat household, and she handled it in spades. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and caring sitter.”

“Dalton does an excellent job! I left home reassured that my pet (family member) would be just fine because he handles everything in such a confident and professional manner!”

About: I’ve taken care of my family’s, neighbor’s, and friend’s pets since high school. I have experience with small and large dogs, puppies, and elderly dogs. I love animals so much, and have so much love to give as we don’t have a dog of our own right now. I am an active, stay at home mom to two young kids. They are both in school at the same time for two days a week, so I have that time completely free. I am also available some weekends. I am happy to travel to your home to take care of your animals, take them on walks, and give them plenty of love and attention and play time.
“Amelia was great with my two cats, who are usually skittish around people they don’t know. She was able to interact with them and sent really good photo uodates every day.”

“We are very grateful to have Alexandra care for our dogs each week! They love her and are so happy to see her when she visits! Thank you for taking such great care of them!”

“100% satisfied with Lasaundra!!! Great communications before and during her drop-in visits for my 2 furbabies. It's so comforting to know that my babies were well taken care of while I was out of town. Highly recommend!!!”

“Jordan was an amazing cat sitter and first time experience using Rover! She even came over last minute and checked on one of our babies when we saw him messing with something he shouldn’t be on the cat cam. We have two special needs cats and three cats total and she did a great job spending time with each. Highly recommended.”

About: Growing up we were a pet family - included cats, dogs, rats (I know), hamsters, fish, and reptiles. As an adult I have been responsible for caring for the pets of my friends and family. Including "high maintenance dogs, e.g requiring medication 3 times a day, needing an ointment on their skin etc. I have looked after dogs and cats ranging from a few months to end of life care, including those visually impaired. I currently have no pets of my own so am looking forward to devoting my care to your pet. My full-time job is flexible in terms of hours and I can work from home if your pet needs extra attention. This allows for the flexibility for scheduling walks or boarding. I am available most days for all activities depending on the day. I have a pet friendly home in a beautiful area of Midtown so if walks are needed it the best environment. Other pets would need their homes if they require (crate, terrarium etc). I live in a clean, calm, environment that all pets can enjoy.
“Laura was fantastic with my 2 pups. My booking was very last minute (the night before service) and she still made the effort to come do and do a meet and greet the night before. 10/10 will be using her again!”

“Deanna played with my babies and took care of them. She was concerned about their wellbeing and presence. She even got my shy baby to come out and visit. Well done will use again.”

“Chloe did a fantastic job checking in on my two kitties, Frank and Ozzie. She sent a detailed report of her visit and numerous pictures. The boys seemed to like her a lot! They even got brushed.”

“Aleigha was incredible!!! Super nice and friendly and was so patient with my fur babies! One of my dogs is super timid and scared and sometimes doesn’t eat when I’m not around. Aleigha was wonderful enough to try hand feeding to get him to eat and it worked! If you’re looking for a pet sitter she’s the one you want!!”

About: I have been around animals all of my life. I am looking to earn a little side money because I am a teacher. I love all animals! I have two dogs and two cats! I am very flexible over the summer and continuing in the afternoons of falls and winter! I am a full time teacher, but have afternoons off! About: I had a Cocker-Spaniel for 12 years with my wife and just recently got my first puppy last year. Now I am addicted, we have since adopted one and fostered many. My sister is a drug rep for veterinary clinics and I do computer work for a few of them. I have lots of contacts in the field if ever there was an emergency. I work from home most of the time, and usually here all day and night, other than for store runs, or occasional working in office. I have an unfenced yard but live in a great area for walking dogs on leash, there is a park across the street we can run in and play fetch. I have 2 dogs, Charley and Winnie, Charley is a big puppy that loves all other dogs, he is 75 pounds of play, Winnie is more of the mother dog but only weighs 17 pounds, she puts Charley in his place though. They are up to dates on shots and preventative medicines and both are fixed.
Carver pet parents share their Rover experiences
We can't say enough about Priya. Her communication was great and she took such good care of our pups. I was a little worried because we were staying at a campground and they were in a strange place. She sent pictures to put my mind at ease and the pups loved her. We hope to use her again when we come back next year.
