“Not all petsitters understand cats, but Michael clearly does and enjoys getting to know their individual personalities. He did an outstanding job of maintaining our two cats' normal meal schedule while we were away and giving them the attention they love to get.”

“Karlene always comes, gets my boy out and sends me a picture of the visit. She communicates any changes. I feel so comfortable going to work knowing Karlene will come in to check on my dog and make his day great.”

“My initial dog sitter fell though and I frantically searched for someone last minute. Alyssa was quick to respond, extremely communicative, punctual and sent pictures of my pups. This was my first time using this app and I am beyond greatful for how much love & care she showed my pups while I was out of town. 1000000% recommend her to care for your fur babies. ❤️❤️”

“Absolutely wonderful service! Amelia took great care of my babies and even got one of my cats to come out of hiding to interact with her on multiple occasions. I felt comfortable and stress-free being away from home. This was my first Rover experience and I will definitely use it over and over again! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND both Rover and Amelia.”

About: Hi there! I’m Charlie — the heart behind Cedar Creek Canine here in Mobile, Alabama. Dogs have been one of my greatest passions for as long as I can remember, and caring for them isn’t just a job for me — it’s a calling. I’ve worked in both kennel and veterinary environments, gaining hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of canine behavior, training, and communication — especially with working, sporting, and gun dog breeds. I’m trained in canine CPR, experienced in medication administration, and comfortable handling everything from high-energy pups to senior dogs needing gentle care. Whether it’s playtime, structure, or comfort, I tailor each dog’s experience to their unique personality and needs. I currently work as a delivery driver and have a flexible schedule built around pet care. I’m available for boarding, walks, drop-ins, and training throughout the week, with weekends and evenings open for extended stays or sessions. Dogs in my care are never left unattended for more than 2-4 hours. Your dog will always have reliable, consistent care and a routine that keeps them happy, safe, and comfortable. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a secure, clean, and relaxed home environment where every dog is treated like family. I have experience working in kennel and veterinary settings, so I know how to handle dogs of all temperaments and ensure their wellbeing at all times. Dogs in my care are always supervised during playtime and outdoor activities, and they’re never left unattended for long periods. I’m trained in canine CPR and skilled at reading body language, managing group dynamics, and preventing stress or conflict before it happens. Whether your dog is here for boarding, daycare, or training, they’ll enjoy a safe, structured, and loving environment that feels like a second home.
About: I had a Cocker-Spaniel for 12 years with my wife and just recently got my first puppy last year. Now I am addicted, we have since adopted one and fostered many. My sister is a drug rep for veterinary clinics and I do computer work for a few of them. I have lots of contacts in the field if ever there was an emergency. I work from home most of the time, and usually here all day and night, other than for store runs, or occasional working in office. I have an unfenced yard but live in a great area for walking dogs on leash, there is a park across the street we can run in and play fetch. I have 2 dogs, Charley and Winnie, Charley is a big puppy that loves all other dogs, he is 75 pounds of play, Winnie is more of the mother dog but only weighs 17 pounds, she puts Charley in his place though. They are up to dates on shots and preventative medicines and both are fixed.
“Katherine is absolutely amazing!! She has been coming over multiple times to help take care of our dog Nina and making sure she is well taken care of while we are out of town!! So great, thanks!”
