Brittany cared for my dog for an entire week while I was away on a trip, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, Brittany was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Once I provided my dates, the booking process moved quickly and smoothly, which made it easy for me to finalize my travel plans and organize my schedule. Throughout the stay, she asked thoughtful questions before, during, and near the end of the booking. I really appreciated her attention to detail and desire to ensure she understood my dog's needs and routines. When I met Brittany, it was immediately apparent that she genuinely loves animals and has experience working with dogs. She was confident, knowledgeable, and interacted with my dog in a way that showed both care and understanding. One thing that impressed me most was the condition of my dog when I picked her up. Sometimes after staying with others, my dog comes home with noticeably different habits or manners due to inconsistent rules and expectations. That was not the case with Brittany.
